They did a good job. They figured out the problem right away, they fixed it quickly, and they had all of the parts with them.

The repairman came out on time and spent several hours troubleshooting a fairly complex washing machine (lots of electronics). He identified the faulty part and returned the next day and successfully completed the repairs. Outstanding service.

Fine as any normal house repair project can go :)

Alex was on time in the time frame company provided 1AM-5PM. Made effort to make sure that machine repair, would not be possible and so I stopped incurring more cost than what his visit cost without being able to do work. It cost me $45.00 but I felt that his answer was very honest.

The repair person called to confirm our appointment. He showed up on time and asked me what the problem was. He then began to diagnose the problem and he even showed me how he diagnosed it and what it would take to fix it, including the cost. He even had the parts on his truck and was able to get it fixed on the spot. This was a great experience and I will be referring My Repairman to everyone I know.

Finally getting around to reporting how happy I was with George's service. We have a 3 year old dryer drum began to split and was unable to turn. The dryer was out of warranty and i hate just calling random repairmen to come look at it. George was listed first here on Angie's List and he lived up to his excellent reputationsGeorge came to look at the dryer about a day after I phoned him. He looked at it and was realistic in his assessment. He called around for the part, went to purchase it and came back a day later to install it. No hassles, very straightforward and trustworthy. This is exactly why Angie's List is worth every penny...finding people who care enough about their work to do a good job...every time.I'll be using him again if anything else needs fixing. He was fantastic. I got him off Angie’s List. The washing machine is working out fine for me. I won’t call anybody else again for repairs except him. I would recommend him to anybody else. His price was fair. It wasn’t exorbitant. He was very professional. I will use him again in the future.

they came in on time. did a inspection of my maytag dryer. explanied why it was not working properly. did repairs as needed. great work.

They were okay. It was not the level of customer service that I would have expected. I would use them again because I have an LG washer and the technician that came out was extremely upfront and said that he didn't do those all the time. He told me what he knew and he was very thorough. I ended up getting the part myself because I could get it faster online than what they could. He came and put it in and made sure that it worked. The kid was really nice and did a really good job. He tried which was huge to me.

I called My Repairman this morning, and was given a time window. My Repairman called 30 minutes before arriving, And, they did arrive within 30 minutes. George and George, Jr., were in and out within an hour. The compressor is working, and everything is cooling. Very nice, very professional. It went great!

Service call experience was excellent.

Wife informed me that the washing machine wasn't draining after the rinse cycle. I thought it could be the washing machine lid switch. I tried to get it to work, with no avail. So I signed on Angie's list and contacted My repairman. They indicated that they could come out between 11-3 today, however they contacted me around 10:00 and said that they were on the way. In the interim, i played around with the lid switch a little more and got the machine to work, that is why I knew there and then that it was the lid switch. They replaced it and walla, everything is good now.

The job went as quoted. They were on time, they were very knowledgeable and they were able to fix the appliance on the first visit because they had the right part with them. That was a nice advantage over the others. That was the second time I used them. I found them the first time on Angie's List.

The business could have returned the phone callls better.

My Repairman was very quick & efficient. For one who has been in the customer service business for many years, this company gets 10 out of 10! They told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it promptly. They did not have to order any parts as they had the part already in their van! Thumbs up for them! I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them out!

Not much to tell. They showed up, did the work, took the check, and left.

I called the my repairman office to schedule a service call/estimate, the girl answered promply and was very nice, she schedule my estimate for the following day and said it would be a $45.00 service call, I told her that was fine. The following day I recieved a call from a blocked number, i answered and it was the technician, he said his name was george and he was going to be at my home in 20 - 30 minutes, I told him that was fine. He arrived at my home and my wife was there , I arrived a few minutes later and they already got to work, I notice George had some grime on his hands from something he was looking at. I introduced myself and as I did George reached into my cabinets behind him and grabbed a Towel from my home not one from his truck or a paper towel and wiped it off as he was saying no not dust, it was slug from the drain in the wall. I thought to my self...WOW just make your self at home with my towels....as his helper looked at the machine from the front access panel listening for the noise George the lead guy just sat there and told him what to look for,,,,guess he was training him...his name was George also.....he listened and told me hopefully its not the bearing...that's a waste of money to fix...you would be better off replacing the unit....as they continued to look at the washing machine George the trainee got behind the unit and removed the cove to check the belt and the pulley....George the tech said i can replace the pulley and that might fix the noise but not for sure...maybe a 70% chance...he said its not the motor so its the pulley or the bearing,,,,I asked him how much for the pulley...he said maybe $170 dollars....I told him I did not see wasting a $170 dollars on something he was not sure was the problem....He in turn said as they started to close up all the panels they removed that I should expect to pay at least 200 for repairs to this type of unit...he explained that it is the Mercedes of appliances, I should buy a cheaper unit if I want it repaired for less...I handed him the check for the $45 dollar service /estimate call and waled them to the door....Not a company I would recommend...He wanted to fix something that he was not sure was the problem...not good business....at least I would think so....My repairman

They came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. The part had to be ordered. Within a week I was called that the part had arrived and they scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. My refrigerator is working beautifully. Excellent Service. Highly recommend.

I found My Repairman through Angie's List. They answered right away and set up the appointment immediately, even offering to come a day or two early if they got any availabilities. The repairman called when he was about 30 minutes away, and showed up right after that. In all, it was a good experience. I would use them again and would recommend them to family and neighbors.

My 12-yr old Kitchen Aid washing machine wouldn't drain. I quickly exhausted my knowledge of what might be wrong so jumped on Angie's List as a first-time user to see what I could find. Mr Repairman has excellent ratings across the board and lots of good comment. I decided that's what I wanted so called them. The receptionist was very quick to answer, very polite and knowledgeable as I explained what the problems was. She set up an appointment for the next day but promised to contact one of the servicemen in the field and see if anyone would be able to make it today. Shortly after hanging up, she called back and said one of the servicemen was just finishing up in the area and could be right over. George, the serviceman, called and said he could be at my house in about 20 minutes and spent some time asking about my problem. He showed up very quickly and was polite, very well versed in what he was doing. He quickly fixed the problem and returned everything to the way he found it. Worth every penny for the prompt and efficient service response and actions I was quite impressed. We talked for a while about servicing that I could do myself as preventive maintenance not just on the washer and dryer but my refrigerator, AC and dishwasher as well. I think we have found a service provider that we can use for quite a while to come. All the ratings and comments were well justified.

It went very well. After I cleaned the vent the dryer was fixed and there was no need to repair it.

Called My Repairman based upon Angie's List. They showed up promptly the next day, checked things out and restarted the refrigerator. To my surprise it worked. However, the repairman indicated it might not continue and instructed me in how to check if the thermostat was the problem. Sure enough it ran for less that one day, I did the thermostat check and it still did not work. I called My Repairman and the next day they showed up with the correct compressor and all the necessary tools for installation and in no time had the repair completed and all continues to go well.

He was very good. I got him off Angie’s list. He was reasonable. He was knowledgeable, quick, and he fixed the problem. I rate him high overall, and I will use him again in the future.

The guys came out one day to check on the dryer and freezer. They fixed the gasket on the freezer so that the door was properly sealed and would not leak cold air. The next day they came back and installed the heating element on the dryer. They were fast and courteous.
