THE DRYER STILL MADE A NOISE & I CALLED & I LEFT 2 MESSAGES. THEY LEFT ANOTHER LIGHT BULB ON MY FRONT PORCH & IT STILL DIDNT FIT. IN SPOKE W/GEORGE 1 TIME BUT NEVER REC'D A CALL BACK,

George, at My Repairman, had come out to check my old refrigerator because it wasn't cooling enough. He said he could repair it, but because of its' age, it would be cheaper to purchase a new one, which we did. They had quoted $45 for a service call, so when I started to make the check out, he asked how I had heard about them. I told him on "Angie's List". He told me that it would be only $35. This was an indication that he was honest. When our A/C began leaking all down the hall floor and not cooling sufficiently, I immediately looked up George's card to see if he did A/C repairs, which he did. It was on one of the extremely hot days in San Antonio, but he managed to work me in on the same afternoon I called. They arrived promptly within the time given. Because the unit was leaking badly and we had no cool air, we were concerned about the cost of repairs. They fixed the leak by repairing the coils and cleaning the outside unit as well. We had cold air witin an hour. He informed us what we should do to keep the A/C maintained in the future. His total bill was $280, which we felt was very reasonable. We will definitely use "My Repairman" in the future for any repair work that they handle.,

Could not have been a better experience! Will definitely call him again if I need appliance repair. Probably saved me the Angie's List fee on this one repair.

The work was done very professionaly. He came on time and almost immediately knew the problem but double checked some other things to hopefully save me money. I will definitely recommend him and use him again.

I called him once and he only came out once. I have an old washing machine and it was making a lot of noise so I went on Angie’s List and I liked the comment about him and he was working in the area, so I called him. The charges were $45 but I had a $10 coupon on Angie’s list and he used my coupon so it became $35. I think there was something stuck in the washing machine, he repaired it and gave a guarantee for 90 days. He also said if the noise comes back we should call him but so far it hasn’t come back. He is very very nice.

I called after hours & left a message but did not get a callback. I called the next day & spoke to a person, set an appointment. Repairman showed up as promised & I was very satisfied with the work.

I had it defrosted when he came and he was able to clear freezer drain within 20 minutes.He came out within 1 hour of the request (was in my area). He showed me how to clean it myself if it happens again. VERY impressed!

They were responsive, courteous, friendly and helpful. The repairman clearly knew what he was doing and had the experience necessary for the job. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to others.

They were prompt and solved the problem. This was the first time I've used them. Everything is working well.

I emailed My Repairman on Wednesday night and received a voice message from George the next morning stating that he could get to the job that day or the next. I wasn't able to get back in touch with him that day, but called their number first thing Friday morning and got an appointment set up for that afternoon. We were given a time frame of 1-5pm and they called 30 minutes before arriving. We were very pleased with the work, the price and the customer service.

They price was good, and they were very efficient. They were friendly and informative.

I have used him in the past. I recommend him to family and friends. He arrived up on time. He seemed very experienced with appliances. I felt like he didn't take advantage of me at all.

Service person came out to the house and was able to resolve my appliance issue within 5 minutes. Altough he could have asked for more, he did not charge more than than the minimum service call charge.

I called Monday. The young lady setting the appointments was very nice and respctful. Worked around my schedule. Alex arrived on time , polite and ready to work. He did not have the part with him but left and picked it up. Returned within 30 minutes and my dryer was working like new wiyhine 30 minutes. Excellent work. I will recommend them to others and will call on them for future repairs.

They did a very quick and efficient job. They were very reasonably price, and they are very courteous and clean.

I would tell people about this company, but it wouldn't be positive. Obviously, he didn't know or have enough experience to know where the leak was because it was right in the back of my refirdgerator. I would say he did not have the experience for this type of problem. He did know there was a leak but he certainly couldn't find where it was.

I called to inquire about possibly repairing an old washing machine in the house I bought. I described the problem and the young lady asked if I knew how old the machine was. She informed me that it's difficult to get parts for an old machine. After speaking with her, I have decided to just buy a new washing machine. I appreciate the integrity of this company in that she gave me guidance for dealing with the problem and was not just interested in selling me a service call.

They replaced a valve the first time and then they replaced my ice maker. They did a great job and I will hire them again in the future.

The thanksgiving turkey was undercooked so we knew something was off about our oven, We had it re-calibrated to cook at the correct temperature. They showed us how to do it ourselves if we ever need to do it in the future.

I called My Repairman at 9 a.m. on Monday morning after our refrigerator and freezer had stopped cooling over the weekend. George Sr. spoke with me about details, asking about the make of the appliance and the "symptoms" of the problem. I explained the situation and asked if, since I was a teacher, we would be able to schedule an appointment after school. He said, "No problem." At approximately 3 p.m., they called and said they had arrived at their service call before mine, and were aware that I needed a 30 minute warning to get home. I came home and they arrived shortly thereafter. They came in and, while they were working on the refrigerator, I asked if they could take a look at the washing machine, which has had the annoying problem of not switching from the fill to the agitate portion of the wash cycle without me opening the lid and shutting it again. It was such a small problem I hadn't wanted to call for something like that. While George Sr. was working on the refrigerator, George Jr. went and fixed the two problems on the washing machine, leaving me the broken parts so that I could confirm what was repaired. He even suggested I test it while they were here. I did so and was very pleased. Meanwhile, I mentioned that our microwave (built in) had not been working for awhile (yes, I obviously let things go a bit....). We talked about the fact that I had replaced the fuse twice and it blew when I put it back in the wall. After finishing the refrigerator, he offered to take a look at the microwave. They took it out of the wall, and replaced the fuse and the door switch. The fuse blew right when they put it back in, so they took it out of the wall again. They determined that it had to be something large and it most likely was not worth fixing, but needed to be replaced. All in all, they were here almost two hours, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, courteousness, and level of explanation at what was wrong and needed to be fixed. I felt complete trust in what they were telling me, especially when what George originally thought was wrong with the refrigerator wasn't the problem and meant he wouldn't be charging me $600, but only a couple of hundred for the problem. He could have easily lied and told me it needed all kinds of things it didn't, but he was completely honest. These men are an honor to their profession and a blessing to their customers! ** The refrigerator actually was not fixed by the part they originally put in, so I called them at 8 the next morning. They were back by 10 a.m., switching the part out again for the original Amana part that was called for (explaining why they had used the other part in the first place - Amana was bought by Maytag who was bought by Whirlpool). As soon as the new part was in, the fridge began working correctly. Another positive - that they were so eager and available to make something right!

George and his son were right on time to look over the icemaker and see why it wouldn't produce ice. It took them less than twenty minutes to find the problem and order the right parts. I had to wait for the Christmas holidays for the parts to be picked up, but again they were right on time and the installation was fast and as exactly as they estimated. The parts were more expensive than I thought they would be, but the charge was their cost and I couldn't have gotten them cheaper anywhere else. Labor was very reasonable. George and his son were efficient and pleasant to work with. I'll call them again if I have any more appliance problems.

Called, set appointment, called 30 min before as promised, tested oven, recalibrated using a more accurate thermometer than I had and offered to come back if I still had problems. Showed me how I could calibrate the oven myself if I felt comfortable doing it.
