I was amazed that a Friday morning call resulted in a Friday afternoon fix. I was initially told that they would have to see if they could work me in, but otherwise it would be Monday. Since I was a new customer, I didn't have a lot of hope that service would be provided on the same day. Company called about 3 o'clock and said a service technician was on the way. The technician (Santos)  listened to my description of the problem that was occurring and explained exactly what he was checking for and why. I was kept informed of what each service/product would cost before it was provided. Someone will be back in 3 weeks to see if a leak is apparent from the dye that was added to freon. If a leak cannot be found, there will be no charge for the search. Technician made sure that I knew that if there is a leak in the coils, the unit is most likely still under warranty. Returned on 7/7 for follow-up.

All the technicians from Mr Erwin have been honest and polite. They answer any questions I have. Unlike other companies, they never try to sell me any unnecessary services. They came out to my house multiple times to resolve a vibrating issue in my attic for a system installed poorly by another company. Whenever I have detailed questions, I call and ask for Butch. He is always very responsive.

Mike came to inspect and quot;broken downand quot; 10.9 year old air conditioner. We weren't quite ready (financially) for replacement, yet. But, he still spent quite a bit of time explaining options using window and portable units to get us by. On July 2,, the office sent three proposals via email addressing the specific needs of our house and money needs. We chose one. A new unit was installed on July 28. They completed all of the CPS rebate paperwork so it was ready to submit.. We got a 10% instant rebate off the 7830.00 for using our own financing. Very happy with the whole experience....

We called Mr Erwin on Friday night when we could not get our unit to run. Technician came out mid morning on Saturday and quickly fixed our problem. He installed a new thermostat and our unit started to run. We were able to have a/c for our son's graduation party. We were extremely happy. Thank you Mr. Erwin!

Work Went well. The first thing Santos did was put on shoe covers. Santos arrived at his scheduled time and did the spring service which includes checking the system inside and outside. Cleaned the coils,flushed the system, checked to make sure everything was draining properly and checked all wiring to make sure that there were no signs of rodent damage. This is an awesome company which I have used in the past and will continue to use. They show up on time, are very professional and their prices are reasonable. Kudos to this company and their staff.

I'm very happy with the service and price from Mr. Erwin. I've been using them for 14 years now and have not had a bad experience yet. Their prices are competitive (I've checked) and their repair staff are competent. I've used other HVAC companies in the past and have had mixed results. Mr. Erwin was earned my trust by providing consistent reliable service.

The techniction showed up on time and was careful and pleasant . He had to go to the attic to service my units and was carefull not to make any mess and gave a report of what he had done when he was finished . I have used them for ten years and had them replace both untts several years ago . If you use this company you will not have any problems with you air conditioning this summer.

They are always there for me when I call. They are always on time. I have used them for 5 or 6 years now. They send me a letter reminding me to schedule an appointment. It's very convenient. I would highly recommend them! They are so reliable.

We absolutely love this company. Another company initially installed our units and did a poor job. Mr Erwin figured out the problems and fixed them. We will NEVER use anyone else for heating and cooling. They are honest and dependable! They are an A+ company!

It went great. Mr Erwin was the original installer of these Trane air-conditioners and has been servicing them regularly for ten years. We have always been pleased with their prompt and professional service.

They were awesome. They take care of everything in the neighborhood too. They were honest. He told us what we needed and what we didn't need. He wasn't pushy. We really didn't need one.

I was referred to Mr. Erwin by a friend after my old heat pump failed. Their price was competitive, though not the lowest bid I received. What sold me was how Butch handled my bid and explained the differences in the system they specified vs. the other bids I received. In order to get a rebate from my electric company (GVEC) a system design survey had to be completed. The surveys I received differed significantly from a 3.5 ton to 5 ton system. Butch explained how he came up with the design, as well as possible issues if the system is undersized or oversized. That discussion sold me, and I have not regretted the decision. Install took a day, and Mr. Erwin filed the manufacturer warranty on our behalf as well as completed all the paperwork for the utility rebate. There was one small issue with the city permit approval, but Mr. Erwin addressed it within a week. When I noticed part of the condenser coil looked out of place, Butch and THE Mr. Erwin showed up that afternoon. They adjusted the coil to prevent premature failure, and also contacted the
manufacturer.
I have continued to use Mr. Erwin for all AC repairs and maintenance. All of their service techs have been courteous, detailed
and professional. I now live in a house with two systems, and the technician on the latest maintenance call (Lupe, 3/29/13) spent over an hour inspecting and cleaning them. The best part was when he reported there were no issues!

Greg provided great service. He was prompt, professional, and very courteous. He was careful to explain what he was going to do and was very patient while I explained a problem with one of our ducts. He performed the A/C service and added 3 lbs of refrigerant. He put a great deal of effort into analyzing the duct work (which is a bit complex because it is a 2 story home), tracing as much as he could in our attic space. Ultimately he asked if he could escalate the duct issue to his supervisor. I was pleased that he didn't just give up on it. I was also very pleased that there were no sales pitches.
I called Mr. Erwin after I had another HVAC company (a top rated Angie's list company we'll refer to as and quot;Company Xand quot;) out to look at the same issues because I wanted a second opinion. Company X left me with two options for my A/C system. First, was an estimate of $11,000.00 for a new system, which they recommended while explaining the existing unit was still and quot;OKand quot;. The other option was to add refrigerant, which is the same service Greg provided. However, Company X quoted a price of $430 for the same service (in addition to their $95 service fee). Needless to say I will be using Mr. Erwin again in the future.

I sent an email after hours to get a quote on the work needed and the next morning I had an email from Butch requesting the model and serial number. I sent the information the next evening and had an email with the quote the next morning. Butch followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received the quote. Butch advised they could repair the unit right away but I was going out of town and set an appointment for the following Monday. The tech arrived on time and had the two units repaired within the hour. In addition, he had to rewire a couple of wires the tech from the other company had cut and I wasn't charged anything additional from the original quote. I was very satisfied with Mr. Erwin from start to finish and will use them for tune ups in the near future.

Excellent service. Provided before and after readings of the system to qualify for CPS rebates. Work was accomplished in an expedient and professional manner. I have since used them for a new furnace and service on another system. I would highly recommend Mr. Erwin.
