They come in at the appointed time and clean up any mess left behind after the work. Their prices are very fair. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

He was more expensive than others but the work is well worth it. They cleaned up when they put in the new registers. It is a family owned business and the owner came out and did some of the work himself. They were always very prompt about answering questions and explaining things. We passed inspection the first time which is hard in my community and we had no problems. I am just very, very happy I found them on Angies List.

I heard about Mr. Erwin from a friend who had used them to replace 2 A/C Units in their home. When I started noticing small pieces of our very old ducts coming out of our vents I knew they needed to be replaced. I got estimates from 3 other companies and Mr. Erwin's team was the most professional, they explained their proposed repairs clearly, and they gave the best estimate with the least amount of work involved. I scheduled work for the very next week and they finished in 1/2 the time estimated. There were no hidden fees, they left no detectable signs of any mess, and I was as satisfied with the experience as possible. It has been over 1 month and our A/C is working great with no more material streaming from our vents. I will confidently use Mr. Erwin again in the future and recommend you do as well.

The experience has been fantastic. They are an excellent company. He was very prompt, and when he said he would be there he was there. He was very courteous and very professional. He was respectful around my possessions. He had to do the work up in the attic and he was very careful.

The technician found that cut sealing tape scraps inside the A/C drip chamber had stopped up the regular drain. He spent over 2 hours in a very hot attic cleaning it out, cleaning the interior filter, treated the tray to prevent bacterial growth and showed me how to access and trouble shoot the drain line. He checked every seam and resealed any he found substandard. He even showed me a vent pipe leak in the roof I didn't know about! At no charge!

I have been using them for years; over 10 years. They have serviced as well as installed new units.

I would give him a A+ if I could. They even took pictures of our attic to be used to train their employees.

Mr. Erwin did a good job and we were completely satisfied. They're a very reputable company and are nice and professional. He did a good job cleaning up after he was done and left no mess at all. The service is a little expensive, but the quality of the work is worth it.
