They installed the initial equipment when we built the house and have had them service it routinely twice a year. When we have had a problem we have called them as well. They are very thorough if there is a problem they will call it to your attention, explain what the requirements may be for solving it and what the cost would be -- then you are at your leisure to either accept their word on it or get a second opinion.

We really like them, they're great. I think they're probably an A. I haven't really compared them. I've used them for years. They're excellent. They come and do inspections twice a year and check everything. If there is an issue, they'll bring it up to me. I highly recommend them.

The entire process, from bid to installation was thorough and professional. They came at the time and date agreed, removed the old units and installed the new ones. Particular care was taken with my carpet and flooring, and no follow up cleaning by me was necessary. The crew was professional and finished in one day. This is a family owned, experienced company and I was very pleased. It is a significant investment, and they were not the lowest bid, but did a top quality job. I plan to use them for routine maintenance.
