I called and set up an appointment for Joe to come and check out my septic system. The soil above my tank was wet and the first thing you think of is a problem with the system and the mountain of money you have to spend to repair or replace one.
Joe called to let me know he was an hour from coming and then called again when he arrived. We went to the back yard to check out the problem. He dug around the top of the tank and was surprised as i was to find a leaking pipe from a line that was put in place many years before we purchased the property.
I asked him what I owed him for all the digging and some advice he gave me about alternating the laterals (the system has two lateral fields). Smiling, he responded, "nothing, just call me when you have a problem". ....I certainly will.

Called Mike to get a quote to empty our septic tank. Gave me the quote over the phone, we scheduled a day for him to come out and perform the task. He showed up on time and emptied my tanks, cleaned up around the area. Very easy to talk to, provided me with answers for questions I had about the tanks. Would highly recommend him...in fact, I hired him based on previous comments from this site.

They did a good job, but their cleanup work was not that good. For example, they left the wooden palate, and there are couple of cleanups that really need a little bit more work done by them.

MJ Central Texas Septic, LLC were prompt, punctual, efficient, pleasant, and there was no question about if they knew what they were doing. They were very knowledgeable, did the job quickly, and I would ask them to come back again. Mike called ahead and said he could be there ahead of the scheduled time. He was on time and I provided the access to the tank ( no digging and lid loose) He set up the lines and the pumping lasted about 15 minutes (1200 gal) and noticed no problems with the system. He picked up the hoses and was ready to leave within the 30-45 minute period. Very professional and courteous. The price was very good compared to what I'd been quoted the day before. He was out here the next day from the quote and met every criteria. I would highly recommend them anytime!

Overall, this was a good experience. We found the septic tank cover and dug it up ourselves, so there was no charge for that.

That is when I found Joe. I called him up and he came out and took a look that day. Pumped my septic tank out the next day due to i did not know where my lateral lines were. After it was pumped he found the lines and dug them up a little and found the problem.An old system, clay pipes, and roots. Joe said that due to the area he would have to dig this up by hand, estimated 2 days. The 2 mancrew came out the next morning and completed the job in about 5 hours. Joe also added a clean out to the lateral lines for me to put root killer in every 3 months. My yard considering the job really looks good. Very minimal damage from digging. The job was completed very fast. I would recommend Joe to anyone with septic tank problems or if you just need it pumped. He is very professional, quick, and reasonable priced.

I contracted with them to fix a drain field problem after a competitor loused up a service call then gave me an exorbitant, open ended estimate to repair the field. Joe came out on schedule, gave me a firm estimate, and brought a crew out on schedule. After a couple hours of digging, he had found the service line and the laterals, and found some bad design issues from the original installation, but no true cause of the blockage. He worked on the septic tank, and discovered a minor problem with the pump, which he fixed. He technically could have charged me more since that wasn't part of the contract. He re-routed pipes to improve drain field effectiveness, cleaned up with a minimum of yard damage. He even had the crew pull the snake and camera out an extra time so I could see the condition of the field. Couldn't have been happier with the service, promptness, and his 'going the extra yard' on my yard.
