Mister Sparky of San Antonio

Ryan did an excellent job! He added a light fixture inside my home to better display a Nativity Scene for Christmas. In addition, he updated my back yard with new light fixtures with LED lights. Things look great now!

Mister Sparky did a great job getting someone to my home to do the work ASAP. Chris, the electrician who did my job, was truly excellent. He explained everything extremely clearly and was a true, polite professional. He even worked with me on the cost to keep it in my budget. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

The guy was real professional and punctual. They were expensive.

The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful.

It was very good. It took them only a couple of days to do the work. They cleaned up perfectly well.

Very professional. On time, did an excellent job. The estimate gave me a bit of sticker shock, but they did more improvements than the other estimates I received to make sure that my home was totally compliant with electrical requirements.  The city inspector was also impressed.

They did a very good job.  Everything was good; their timeliness and professionalism.  I expected the pricing to be what it was, I wish it was less of course but it’s what you get.

It went great. They came in and gave us an estimate and when they could do the job. They showed up on time and took care of the work. They also cleaned up after themselves. They were very courteous and helpful. We are please with the finished work.

It turned out great and everything turned out good. I even bought a deal for my kids. I was pleased with the service and the workers were excellent.

They hook them onto your circuit breakers, and then your garage circuit breakers, and around your heat pump.They were friendly, they showed you their card when they came to your door so you know they are the right people. They came rather quickly. There was one thing that I didn't particularly like, because our hot water would come on and then go off, and we thought we needed a hot water tank, and so we called the people that we had just bought it from, like less than a year ago. They came over and charged us 85 Dollars to tell us that it wasn't the hot water tank, and told us that we should call an electrician. We call Mister Sparky, and they came out, and they fixed whatever was wrong with the hot water. A circuit breaker was bad, and it was like actually hot to touch when they opened up the circuit, and so they had to replace a circuit breaker. It could have started a fire. They charged us a service charge and they came out and did the work. Then they were talking about apparently a lot of people in the area have a lot of surges, and we decided to go ahead and bought surge protectors. There was a special price if you bought all of them, so we were going to do that, and they were going to take off part of the money from when they came out the first time. They then said that they would come out at this time the second time, and we just said yes, and thought that we wouldn't be charged for the service call, but they charged us for coming out and they charged us more for the specific time that they came out, when they are the ones that chose the time. I liked most of the stuff about them except for that part.
