house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe used them 3 times. They come while we are at work so we cannot observe them. After the second visit we suspected that they were not cleaning our home, only dusting the visible areas. We placed small amounts of dirt on the carpet in each room. We also put smudges on 2 glass surfaces. After the third visit we confirmed they had not vacuumed the carpets and rugs or cleaned countertops or glass surfaces. They took the check we had left, of course. This outfit is a rip-off, will never use or recommend to anyone else.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly cleaning of a residential home.
