He failed to provide follow-on details after determining what was wrong with my machine. He provided me his assessment of what was wrong but didn't want call the home warranty company right then to find out whether it was cost effective to repair the machine. I had to ask him, what next? This was very frustrating and made me feel as if him coming was a complete waste of my time. I followed up with the home warranty company the same-day and next and he still had not called in the repair job. That said, he was very polite and approachable over the phone and was able to come to my house the day I requested. He arrived on time.

He adjusted something on the right side of the fridge. He said that he adjusted it to allow more air to circulate to the right side, but it did not work appropriately. I called two times to say that it was not repaired, but he said that he couldn't fix it because it was to old. They offer a 30 day guarantee which I called within. The unit is under warranty through a home warranty company. They also told the home warranty company that I called six times when I only called two. The warranty company sent a different guy, but it was fixed right away. The back side was frozen, and all we had to do was defrost it to allow air circulation. So, it was clear that miracle didn't take the time to investigate the actual issue. The purpose of me actually calling them out was to investigate the cooling issue, which they disregarded completely. They seemed to fix the easy leak, but did not investigate the actual problem.
