They were very helpful. I thought the contractor did a very good job on the installation. We paid another $5000-6000 for the installation. It was a pretty good-sized job.

Although the wood looks great, the company has lost my future business and recommendations. I bought the wood and materials for a 250sf bedroom. I thought it was a decent price per square foot, but was shocked to see an additional 15% amount added for scrap estimates. Needless to say, I ended up with almost two extra boxes of wood and almost a full 3 gallon bucket of $190 adhesive. I merely sought to return one unopened box for a refund of less that $100. The response I received was that it was the company's policy to not accept returns. This was not a special order. Consequently, my overall price per square foot dramatically increased. Andy won't even return my telephone calls. I did my other three bedrooms--totallinh over 400 sf... I refused to buy the wood from Metro and instead sent my business elsewhere (Lowes).
