We had this company clean our home a few times before with no issue. Our latest house cleaning left me heartbroken. We trusted the crew that came into our home and discovered the damage done. First, the tv in our bedroom was broken. You can see in the attached images where they cracked it. We brought it up, that it seemed like an object struck it and thought it was a mop or broom. The manager we spoke to insisted that they did not use brooms or mops in the house. Not sure why he would lie. As you can see in the Ring picture, the crew member is sweeping our entryway with a broom. Second, they broke a figurine my father in law brought from a trip to Africa. It was a wedding present to celebrate our nuptials. They broke a leg and didn't even say anything. They just left the leg there. We don't have children and our dog doesn't go in that area. And it's just my husband and I in the house. Third, they scuffed our dining table on the side. Fourth, they claimed they cleaned the house, but we discovered the shower had not been cleaned. They offered to send someone to re-clean the bathroom, but I don't trust these people and don't ever want them in our home. I should inspect the house again because I am sure there is more damage. Not only will they damage your home, but they will also lie to you. Do not trust these people to enter your home.

Extremely well, they were punctual, arrived when they said they would. The cleaning was to my standard.

what was cleaned was well done. a bit disappointed with things that were missed. and some of my personal cleaning supplies and equipment appears to have left with them.

Not good. The team would clean good and then be terrible, clean good and again terrible. I canceled and they charged me 2 months later for someone else’s cleaning. I had to fight with my bank to have my money returned. Not a good experience.

Paid $140 for 35 minutes with 3 ladies. Did not dust well. No fans, no blinds, didn’t move anything while dusting. Did not clean microwave.

Maid Brigade was excellent! The staff was on time and left my house sparkling clean. The hiring process was very fast, professional and courteous. I will continue using their services. I was called about one hour into the services to let me know that they only had 30 minutes left to go I only got one hour and 42 minutes of service for $130 after that I should have been charged another fee for them to continue and finish the work so the work was incomplete I only got an hour and 42 minutes for $130 I was never informed of this because I would not have done it I would have found somebody by the hour because I would have known I knew that it took more than an hour and 42 minutes to do the job so they took advantage of me and I will never had them again are referred them to anyone I will also make sure that everybody know that they're not the one to hire

First appointment Wednesday 27 Nov. The crew did a good job. The reason for the B was because there was no followup since this was the first time. They only missed one thing and the 2 hour window is not really acceptable. I would like to give them another try without having to wait over 2 hours for their arrival.

quick, good price, on time, less than expected outcome but it appears the issue was partially the after market application of refinish product.

I thought they did a reasonable job.
