LUNA GLASS WORKS

I called the day before, got a price, and made an appointment for the next day. I got the car to them about 8:30 and was told it would be ready about 1:00pm.  When I returned the cost was the same as the estimate, it was completed, and the work was good.  In addition to the work agreed upon, Luna's also fabricated a replacement seal for the outside of the windshield (windshield is held in place by adhesive on the inside of the glass) to replace the Ford OEM part which was in shreds.  Thanks Luna's Glass.
This was our second visit to Luna's.  They cut a piece of glass for a picture frame about a year ago for us.  Very satisfied with that experience too.

A rock hit the windshield of our Honda Fit.  Despite being a small car it has a huge windshield.  Our insurance had a $500 deductible.  While Luna will work with you and help you to get paperwork for insurance this was not necessary.  I had no idea what the shop was like, but it is the closest to the house.  They found the reference to the part very fast and gave me an estimate right then and there, and it was under $100.  This was great news.  Not only is the price good, but the gentleman at the desk (was the owner, now his sons own the business) and his sons were very courteous.   I was able to bring the car in the next morning and have the work completed by that afternoon.  Their work is guaranteed and was very cleanly and correctly done.  It was overall a great experience.
