They came out and installed the door. They did a good job. The work turned out well. I was very pleased with it. However, when they installed the door, they cracked one of my tiles. The price was reasonable. They reduced the price as I had so many things at that time. I want the others to know that they do negotiate if you want. I had recently bought a washer and dryer from them. Within 30 days, they came up with 20% offer. I went to them and they gave me the 20% off. They do work with you on the prices. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The subcontractor submitted false documentation to Lowes in order to get paid before the job was finished. The subcontractor also attempted to bypass Lowes to negotiate with us directly to complete the job in a substandard manner. Once we contacted Lowes we found that the stairs had to be completely removed and redone. We also had problems when the installer used the wrong color grout on the tile. We were told by the subcontractor that they removed the old grout and re-grouted, but when Lowes came to inspect we found that only the surface of the grout was covered with the proper color. This is after Lowes had paid them to do it correctly. Overall Lowes has been a good advocate but they weren't in the loop enough to prevent several mistakes and we almost ended up with a substandard job. The job was estimated to take one week and it has actually been almost four weeks so far.
