Took New vehicle in for warranty work they denied everything kept it for a week and would not follow up with us . This is a commercial fleet vehicle and all the downtime cost us a lot of money on top of not honoring the warranty

They can improve way they treat you when you go in. You may have to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to greet you. There is no difference in customer service no matter what you have done. I've used them for the last 6 years.

Service is exceptional. They were able to fix everything without charging me. Service representatives are prompt. They have a clean atmosphere in the cafeteria, and the staff is very friendly. Always go to Jordan.

I made two appointments to view and test drive a vehicle. The first appointment was a fail because the sales agent neglected to tell me that the car was not available until after I showed up at the appointed time.
On my 2nd appointment made through the website, I showed up on time but the sales guy was having a bad day I guess and had absolutely not rapport with me to discuss the vehicle that I was supposed to test drive. Furthermore, this dick said the only way he would let me test drive was to fill out the forms to buy it!

I've been with them for years. A dealer is always going to be a little more expensive but there is a little bit of a confidence factor there too when taking the car into the dealer rather than an overall mechanic. If there is something that is needed I am right there at the dealer or if they need to order it I can get it pretty quick. But with some of these overall mechanics it's a little different.
