Description of Work: Based on an Angie list purchase they were supposed to label my breaker box and check all my outlets. He had to reschedule another appointment to label my box because he was not prepared to do so and acted like he didn't know this was part of the Angie deal special. I wouldn't use them again tho because while they were here I had him give me prices on other jobs I needed done and his prices were way out of line compared to others.

Description of Work: Panel was checked , I was not home at the time . Out on important call.I thought they were going to label every thing for me . One thing I wish they | |would come and fix is | my freezer is not level and it constant move s when opened and it happened when they moved it to get to the panel . What to do ??

Description of Work: Placed a wall light switch approximately 20 feet from light at other end of hallway where the only switch had been placed at one end only of hallway. No realistic price for small jobs. Job took 30 +/- minutes (2 men). I'm sure one man could have handled the work. It probably would have taken only a few minutes more. Good work but very expensive.

Description of Work: Repairman was prompt and professional. I received a phone call the same day I placed my order with Groupon. My only complaint was that they are expensive! I paid $39 on Groupon and they charged an additional fee of $40 when they showed up to change a simple light switch even though the deal through Groupon clearly stated there was an additional $75 credit. I'd hate to see what they charge for difficult, time consuming jobs!

Description of Work: Remove and replace water main pressure regulator valve and installation of water heater expansion tank. Techs were prompt and professional. They provided me with an exact price for work prior to beginning. I did some quick internet research and their prices were well within the average range for work completed. Upon completion they cleaned up their work areas and provided me with a detailed receipt along with warranty information. I would use and recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed brand new A/C system with indoor and outdoor units, sealed all ducts, new insulation in the attic spaces. It includes a 5-year warranty and 5 years of preventative maintenance. It was expensive, but our old A/C died and we needed something new. All went well and they completed the work in 1 day.

Description of Work: Plumbing - had leaks from both outdoor faucets. Replaced with upgraded faucets & quick release hose connectors. Checked and adjusted water heater temps. Communication was excellent, service efficient & professional, techs well-trained and willing to share knowledge.

Description of Work: I've used this company for all of my AC needs. The prices is a little high but the service is impeccable. The reason for the visit on the 12th was to get an estimate on new duct work in my house. I'm still considering if I want to make the investment so services have not yet been provided.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment. They scheduled an appointment, it was scheduled for a 4 hour window starting 7 hours after my call, I was told it would be $89 for the service call, no problem. I reveiwed their website and the price was supposed to be $58 (8 hours or less), when I called and questioned the price, I was told that due to a high volume of calls the price had risen $89, but for the $58 I could be put on standby. Personally I think this is not a good business practice and I would not be able to trust the service tech when he quoted me an estimate.
