Description of Work: A/C duct work repair and possibly new A/C system. Based on quote it was obvious they were not interested in performing work or their pricing is very out of line. Asked for written quote twice and never received it.

Description of Work: The technician may have been knowledgeable but was very grumpy and sullen He wiped his muddy feet all over my brand new outdoor rug. I called management and they said they would refund me. I never heard back or received a refund and called four different times and wrote emails. This company is ridiculous for their attitude. I got an estimate from a competitor, who quoted 1200, this company quoted me 3200 and I was asked to pay a 2nd trip fee.

Description of Work: Found out after fact was charged 5 times normal price for ac condenser fan and 10 times normal for capacitor and 10 times normal for quick start kit.NEVER use this vendor for anything but a high insurance quote.
