It went very well. The original Kohler equipment had seized up, and was leaking. Rather than replace one cartridge (which was totally corroded and extremely difficult to remove, the technician and I discussed options and decided to go ahead and replace the original equipment in the two sinks with newer user-plumber friendly faucets. The old Koehler stuff is so over-enginered and difficult to work on, all I can say is buyer-beware. We have had nothing but problems with all our Koehler plumbing equipment. The technician, Ruben, was very professional and worked late into the evening dealing with a difficult installation. He's a real pro. Replacing two garbage disposals and two bathroom sink faucets is not cheap, but I feel that the folks a Jon Wayne really know what they are doing. They are very professional, reliable and provide a good warranty. Highly recommended.

It went very well.  James quickly identified the problem and worked diligently to resolve it.  He was very professional and yet personable.  He was very careful with my floors, wearing the shoe covers, etc.  He readily and completely answered any questions I had.

They charged us $600 for just 2 checkups. It was ridiculous. They are too expensive. Their responsiveness was okay.

He replaced air filter and bulb.  He explained how each of these items
helps keep the unit running more efficiently.  He cleaned out drain pipe
and cleaned outside unit of leaves and debris  He was very professional and courteous
in coming in and out of my house.  I've had Deron service my unit before and he remembered me
and remembered all the prior things we talked about on his last visit, a year ago.  Hes very knowledgeable
and friendly.  He explained to me that I could get a upgrade on the program I'm on and this would minimize the
cost of the service for next year.  You can send Deron back to my house anytime.  Thank you.

The technician opened up the back side of the panel of the air conditioning and there was a chipped up cover that goes on there and he never put all that stuff back together. He finished the job and left and I had to put it all back together. It wasn't something that would cause a house fire but it was something as professional that I would have expected him to put it back on.

They were right on time, good estimate, offered to let us make payments with no interest (I thought that was nice) This is a retirement community. They took a vacuum and cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called and said they would have someone out the next day around 2. They showed up at 2:30 and were done by 3:30. Excellent work and no issues.

They were very high. It took them a year to get my system to work right. They're very slow. The guys were good. They could have arrived on time instead of being 3 or 4 hours late. They could have better work in less than a year. I got a bonus for getting an efficient system, but because they didn't have it working right it juiced all that up big time.

Cody came out late afternoon and spent a good amount of time looking at the old instalation letting us know all the options etc. He measured the fence to make sure AC would fit as well as the closet space for the AC. We were very happy with the info and estimate work. Only down side was the price. It was very expensive and we didn't go with them because of the price. Customer service was outstanding.

They would not show up as scheduled. They left my 85 year old parents in 100 F weather for days. They left me waiting for hours after notifying me by phone that they'd 'be right there'.

Installers did an excellent job. They do a good job with service calls. Price is extremely high for replacement. I didn't have time to look around since unit was about to go out. Did not want to match price on identical unit after multiple phone calls and emails....no miscommunication(as I normally see in the response). If you want good A/C service at a fair price I think they do a good job. If you need a new unit they will be on the extreme high side of the price scale.

It was alright. The guy came out and diagnosed my air conditioner problem and then he didn't really do much. I didn't feel like he did a whole lot but I guess I got what I paid for. He didn't accurately diagnose what was wrong with my air conditioner. In the future he could actually properly diagnose the AC. I had someone come out afterwards and it wasn't really that difficult to figure out what was going on with it, so they weren't really thorough. He just came out and he looked and then he said what he thought it was and left. With responsiveness, they were pretty quick.

Excellent service and communications. I contacted Jon Wayne Service Co based upon their ratings on Angie's list as I am currently on assignment outside of the United States and was not disappointed. I received a call prior to them visiting my house. When they arrived on site, they quickly diagnosed the issues and provided me with three options for remedying the situation. They also counseled me on the fact my current water heater was not up to code. I really appreciated the counseling as I had not idea that the code had changed since I purchased my home in 2008. After discussing the options, they were able to replace the water heater the same day. Excellent service, I would definitely use them again for future service needs.

it went well, they found a couple things that needed to be fixed and they were very professional.

Used the Angie's List deal for Plumbing Service Call to have my water heater looked at. Turns out I had thrown a breaker, nothing was technically wrong with the water heater. Very professional and helpful, great service.

Parts prices total ripoff.tech was great . Discovered after fact that was charged 5 times normal price one part to 10 times normal on two other parts.will never suggest use this vendor based on parts gouging.bill should have run 600 but cost me due to my mistake 1500.hope someone learns from my mistake.rate this company as total never deal with

well 15 min of work cost me $197.00 That is $13.33 per min to run a snake in a drain that equates into $800 per hour for a plumber. We removed the toilet and everything all the plumber had to do was run the snake and be done. When i called they gave me a nonsense about how they have $10k worth off parts and equipment in the truck and it has to get paid somehow. I would not recommend them to anyone.
