Technician provided service above and beyond what I expected. He explained everything thoroughly so I understood what he was needing to do. He uncovered some discrepancies with how the a/c unit was installed and gave recommendations on how their services could help correct and maintain those issues. He wasnt pushy which I liked. I did purchase a maintenance plan which was affordable. Overall I am very pleased with Abel. Thank you!

Benjamin was professional, friendly, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up afterwards including vacuuming up water.

Used to belong to the club but decided to cancel, so when we called to have a repair we were treated like 2nd class citizens. Instead of coming out right away as they had done three times before, we we put off to the end of the next day. Then the Technician was late. Then without telling us what was wrong with the faucet said we needed a new one. And only $600 out the door when I asked why so much for a faucet, I was told the brand of faucet they use was $550 itself. I was appalled and asked if they had less expensive alternatives and was told that they only carry that brand, but it was guaranteed 100 years. Well that is not exactly true, according to the info paper the warranty is for a certain part and the finish. I am 54 years old, do I care about 100 years from now? No. Since having to go buy the faucet would require my leaving work to purchase the part and bring it home for them to return to install it would be a hardship we went ahead and had the work performed. I asked that a manager call me, he never did. I feel taken advantage of and that my handicapped brother was also forced to accept this because his disability prevented him from doing it himself. My first 3 experiences were super, but this one was terrible. I am very unhappy with the service and exhorbitant price of the faucet, lack of choice and overall treatment.

I received several estimates from multiple companies to do a full replace of my HVAC system as well as removal of old AC ducts and replace with all new for the entire house. Jon Wayne was the only company that actually looked at the ducting and provided me with information I needed in order to make a decision on whether to replace the ducts now or later. None of the other companies bothered to go this extra step even after I asked for an estimate for it. Although the estimate was only higher than other companies, I still felt comfortable with the work that had to be done and felt most comfortable with Jon Wayne as they explained the work in detail and how long it would take. I did not get this type of service and detail from other companies. The employees doing the actual work did an excellent and proficient job while working in a very tight attic space. The enormous amount of work was completed in 2 days just as advised and they did a complete cleanup of all the dusty residue from the old duct removal. Would recommend Jon Wayne to anyone needing full replace of HVAC.

Awesome. Ben Martinez recognized and corrected both my sink faucet problems quickly and professionally. He took the old parts away and cleaned the area prior to leaving. I'd call on him again and I recommend him for all plumbing issues.

The electrician (Tony) arrived in the designated time frame. Tony was very professional and polite. I liked how he explained my options for fixing the garage ligjht and allowed me time to decide which option would best meet my needs. He went right to work and completed the job in the time frame he had said he would. He even went out of his way to inspect an electrical component of the AC system. Cory Campbell and Anthony Jimenez came to our house today to check/maintenance our current system and install smart home automation. They were so professional (and considerate of my napping daughter) and made the whole process really smooth. They both were super helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to know in full! Thankful for their service and would 100% recommend this company to anyone I know!

We are extremely happy with the service we received. We suspected a problem with one of our A/C units and called Jon Wayne to help. We were able to schedule a service call within a couple days of calling. Jacob was our service tech. He arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, and explained what he was going to be inspecting. He was able to flush out some clogged drain lines, and noticed problems with our outside units. He thoroughly explained our repair options, and we were able to choose an option that fit our budget. Jacob was able to make the repairs that day without scheduling another appt.

Both projects went very well. The technicians explained what was needed and how it would be done. We are very satisfied with the results.

They did a really good job, they pulled the old heater out and put the new one in; based on the quality of the service I would say that the price was reasonable and fair.

It went very well. Young man, Jesus Cardona (I think), was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, was very caring for the condition of my flooring and my pets. Though the weather was cold and rainy, he worked without complaint. He reviewed all of the systems checks he performed in a clear, concise manner.

Awesome This is my second review I messed up my first one this company was great I got five quotes they were right in line with the other quotes. I chose Jon Wayne after looking up the models on all the other quotes and this quote the quality was as good if not better the salesman was knowledgeable and I just felt more comfortable with the overall process so I chose this company over the others and I am extremely happy I did
