Technician was punctual, professional, explained estimate and answered my questions.

On Sunday I tried to do a repair of a leaking faucet. It didn't go well. I broke the stem off the valve. We were going to be without water until I could get a plumber out and it was late afternoon. I called Jon Wayne Services for help. Even though it was late they were able to get Steve G out to check out the situation. He found that the valve and some of the pipes would need to be replaced. Due to the level of work he capped off the pipes so we could have the water restored. The repairs were done By Chris P he did a great job and we ended up replacing the whole water delivery system to the shower and put in new fixtures. The whole experience was absolutely incredible from my first contact with Bev to the final repair. Jon Wayne came to our rescue and we are truly grateful and highly recommend Jon Wayne Services.

Brian was excellent in taking time to adjust & re-direct air vents to maximize air flow. He was very conscientious & determined to get the air flowing to the living areas and not into unused back bedrooms.

We were desperate to get the faucet/pipe fixed to be able to get water function for the house after being without water for 2 weeks. Pipe replaced (about3 feet tall & new faucet handle put on) took about 45 minutes to be replaced. Plumber bragged about the short time it took and charged over $900.00. This is outrageous!,

Purchased a Water Heater from Jon Wayne 1 year ago.. The purchase covered services for flushing the water heater. The service provider were punctual. After they flushed the water heater they also inform me of any possible problems to be aware of in the future. They also checked for leaky faucets in the bathroom and kitchen,leaks around toilets and for gas leaks. They were punctual, through and professional. I would call again for service.

They gave a very reasonable price quote that allowed me to add special requests while staying on budget. They had immediate start times. They completed the job on time. I was very impressed with Ozzy and his crew. They were extremely nice and professional. Ozzy said that he would treat my house as if it was his own. They did a good job with clean-up considering the amount of sheetrock that had to be cut. I would use them again, and I am going to use them for other services

They have been very good. They are a little pricey but they are worth it. I would recommend them.

It went well. Abel and his team were the best crew and professional on how they handling their job until their job is completed. They did the replacement on heating and cooling system in our townhouse. They are knowledgeable and skilled on what they do. They look very clean and look professional with their work uniform and always make sure they didn’t leave any mess when they finished their job. They are very polite, they have good attitude, and they seem happy as JW employees. The office responded fast in answering and handling our concerns. On the plumbing part we had water leak and needed to find where the source of the problem and repair. Chris Chamrad, a master plumber came and investigated and found the leak and didn’t a great job on repairing it. We also learned who did the first repair on our townhouse did a very bad job. We also joined the silver rescue club. Overall experience was very good and we are confident with JW Service company as we think they are the best on what they do. Their quality of work is excellent, their have good employees and as one of their customers we had a very good experience over all. Keep up the good work!
