Very well as usual, first class Company, first class employees!

Everything checked out good. Excellent service. The tech was very thorough and explained everything he did in terms I could understand. Very pleased customer. Would have cost me nearly $400 had I not signed up for the service contract. I paid 0 today.

Andrew did an amazing job. He was professional, friendly and courteous.

Techs were prompt and courteous. They explained all options and provided a quote for the repairs I will need.

Very professional, very courteous, prompt response. I called for service at 10am and tech was onsite completing repair at 2pm.

The Tech, James Rodriguez, said he had seen this unusual problem before and proceeded to spend 2 1/2 hours going over the entire A/C unit, inside and outside units and in the process also fixed the water leak problem. He told me that since it was an unusual problem that I should check my closet more frequently and not be afraid to call Jon Wayne again should the water problem show up again. I have a "gold" maintenance plan so there is no cost for regular service visits.

He replaced a part in the outside unit. Quick job. Inexpensive. Very professional and courteous. A/c working beautifully!

Wonderfully! Technician (Jonathan) came out on a Sunday to get our AC back up and running. Jon Wayne always gives us a thorough breakdown of our options rather than insisting we replace parts that could last a bit longer, or going the most expensive route. Top notch all around.

Still will need to decide on what I want to do. I paid for a service contract (under $20 per month) and well worth it. Got a service call on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. Second service guy and had the same awesome service so it tells me that they are very picky about their service commitments from in the phone to in person. That’s saying a lot since I’ve called other service entities and become a “hot potato” transfer until I give up. Jon Wayne will continue to get my business!

It went great I have been using John Wayne since 2005. I am grateful for the service Jon Wayne gives. I have a rescue service in both of my houses.

The technician thoroughly checked out the A/C system and rebuilt the drain line to prevent further problems. Excellent work!

Awesome customer service. Quality craftsmanship. Two men did most of the attic work while another one worked the outside unit. Another came by to install the wifi thermostat and expain features. All very professional and on time. Layed heavy cloth everywhere they walked inside. Everything was explained to me before and after work was completed. They cleaned up and hauled all previous equipment away. Attic work was not an easy job but they made it look easy. Price includes an awesome ten year service agreement.

I’ve had Jon Wayne service before and gave never had a problem with them. In fact I have recommended to friends who also extremely pleased with them. They never put any pressure on you to have repairs or anything done.
