"To Whom It May Concern, Since this was a commercial building, we did collect a credit card over the phone for the service call. Our Service Technician arrived first, and quickly saw that existing AC equipment that was there was not even hooked up 100%. Therefore, we ended up sending over a Comfort Advisor for a free estimate to give you all the options you needed to get central AC working in your building. We never charged your credit card for our time. Please check your credit card statement and you will see that we never charged you a single cent. In fact, we spent many hours at your building showing you exactly how this job should be done correctly. This was not a simple AC installation. To do this job right, metal spiral duct work was needed, as well as installing the HVAC system, and a lot of sheetrock work needed to be done as well. Since we quickly realized this job was very entailed, we than gave you a ball park price for all that was needed based upon what we were seeing. We gave you a ball park price of around $30,000, and told you if you were interested in moving forward with something like this, we would get everything written up for you and have our engineers on site to start designing the duct work etc.. Bottom line, this was not a standard installation and much was needed to get this done the right way. It was our understanding you already had an issue with the previous person you chose to install this, and he ended up leaving abruptly after starting the job, which is why you began reaching out to other companies to help get this going for you. We don't do anything the wrong way. We do everything by the book, as we have exclusive warranties/guarantee's that we put our name on with every install. If you are still wanting or needing us to provide you with written information we can, but we based upon what you told us while we were on site, you were not interested in us moving forward. I hope you have found someone who can take care of you and get this done for you. We wish you nothing but the best."
