I got a call in advance of the technician's arrival stating his approximate time. Troy, a Master Plumber, looked at my water heater installation and I asked him for a bid for both a tank and tankless gas water heater. He was very thorough, professional and competent. He inspected the gas supply line, all the gas consuming devices in the household to determine BTU consumption rates. He stated I would need a larger gas meter from CPS Energy. At the end, he gave us two clear bids as requested. No high pressure, no gimmicks, just a bottom line price for the two jobs. We will secure another bid from a different vendor before we make our final decision as it is a lot of money for either option but we were impressed with the Jon Wayne operation overall.

The technician, Robert Castro, Arrived on time and got to work immediately. After he finished examining all of the switches, electrical outlets, lights and light switches, and the indoor and outdoor electrical panels, he filled out his paperwork. He explained the checklist showing that the electrical system has been well maintained and that he did not find any problem areas. He preformed his job very professionally and was very courteous.

Great..Tom was very informative and straight to the point.Set up quickly and all paperwork was in order and he explained everythg...Tom has been to my home b4 and each time came thru 100%...this guy is a GREAT member of the JW TEAM!👍

Kevin came in and I explained the problem. I showed him the A/C and he started to take it apart, found the problem and took care of it. Kevin was very professional and answered all my questions.

It went as expected. System needed a filter which is usual routine maintenance and of course some behind the scenes work that only someone with air conditioning experience would know.
