We had a spit ac installed in our garage. The team sent to install the unit were prompt and very professional. The work looks great, they left our garage cleaner than it was before they got there and they went the extra mile and moved extra insulation we had lying around up into our attic since they were already installing insulation as part of the work order. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. This is not the first time we have used them and would definitely use them in the future.

It went well. We received a no cost estimate. Now my wife and I will have a discussion about whether or not to proceed.

Initial quote for service call was $196. Ridiculous. Handyman went to make a call and price reduced to $105. Needed work done but will never hire again.

Jacob was very professional and friendly. I don’t know anything about A/C units and he went out of his way to make sure I understood everything they were doing. I can’t say I have had anyone quite as professional as Jacob with any service that I have dealt with. I was skeptical as most people are with service and the fees included, but he ensured that I understood everything and made the right choice. I would definitely request him to come back if he have any issues in the future. Hands down really great guy!!

The service call and repair went very well. However, my concern is that a 18 month old ac unit needed two repairs in three weeks! This is unacceptable In my humble opinion! The Jon Wayne company is first rate, 5 star business. My experience with the equipment however, leaves much to be desired!

Technician is well educated and found several issues with my system which does cause me concern. Hope I can have tasks performed without high cost outlays.
