The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I have used other AC Companies in the past but I will never use them again. In the future I will only use Jon Wayne and I will always request Richard Hickey. Richard Hickey is a asset to your company. I had called out another company 4 times and the same problem kept happening to the AC. So I call out Jon Wayne AC, because I knew they would come out for free if they did not do the work right, unlike the other company! It took their Technician Jacob about 2 minutes to figure out why I kept shorting out. He fixed it and I was barely charged anything for the short call, compared to what i had spent with the other company. Plus they will warranty their work! Super impressed and will not use another company again with service and professionalism like that! Thank you Jon Wayne!

Tech was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he explained and answered all the questions I had. Gave solid advice with clear proof and explanations for all. Very well prepared and even cleaned some items in order to get a clear diagnosis of all equipment. I can tell you that this tech knew his stuff and although I rarely have to hire any contractors to work on my house, I will definitely ask Jon Wayne for help if I am out of my depth and need help!

He took his time to be thorough in not only his work but on educating me so I could understand what repairs are needed and pricing options, which are very reasonable for the quality of work by the way. Great! No problems. The technician was very thorough. No cost since we are under warranty.

The toilet was working fine. Perhaps after I had used a plunger the clog worked itself out. The tech Benjamin Martinez was very professional as always. Very pleased with the services from Jon Wayne.

The plumber, Jesse Huerta, arrived on time. He inspected the two water heaters I have and noticed that one had a leak. Because of the age of the water heater I decided to replace. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable and explained all options available allowing me to make an informed decision. The next day the water heater was installed by Chris Blanco who also was professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. Overall I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

I had to pay for them to come to Blanco and after spending couple hours measuring and sending their technician (first was a sales man who wasted my time) they did not even wrote me a written bid; they just said that it would be over 30K... the competition I used from Angie’s list quoted me for free around 13K , 2 I dépendants and well rated provider.
