They did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem, then fixing the problems that we were having with the HVAC system drip pan overflowing and damaging the ceiling. The problem actually turned out to be a clogged drain. I have been a Jon Wayne Rescue Club member for several years and will continue to be in the future. They are very punctual and professional. They always explain what they need to do and answer all my questions using terms that I can understand. They don't waste time and get the job done as quickly as possible.

H2O went out and flooded garage Sat nite. Called on Sun and technican came out same day (Sun). Looped system to cold water to stop flooding and replaced H2O heater first thing on Mon morning. Great service, very professional and fantastic work product. A little pricey but I am willing to pay a little more for top quality service and top quality workmanship. They are GREAT!! They also do my Electrical and A/C with same high quality.

Repaired AC unit after I had tried 3 other AC companies, Jon Wayne AC succeeded where they could not. Repaired and replaced outdoor lighting which is now much improved over what had been there before. If I were to build my house again Jon Wayne Company would definitely be part of that process.

Juan, the technician, did an excellent job of troubleshooting and found a loose connection at the gas valve. The connection was tightened and the system came on and started putting out heat as it should. Juan did not stop there. He checked out the system from front to back (spent about an hour and a half) to make sure there were no other problems. Outstanding job! Because we are members of the Classic Rescue Club, there was no charge. Jon Wayne Service Company responded to the problem in less than 12 hours. We could not be more pleased. Jon Wayne has maintained our HVAC system for several years and has the brightest and best technicians as well as very affordable options for their Rescue Club. Highly recommend this company. They are far better than any of the others we have used in San Antonio over a 14 year period.

Everything went very smoothly. Scheduling was fast and easy. Prices were slightly higher than competitors, but the warranty made the price difference swing in Jon Wayne’s favor. Absolutely had a great experience with both the plumbing and AC side of the company. Electrical project on the horizon already has Jon Wayne written all over it.

Everytime we have a home repair we call Jon Wayne. They installed a new air conditioning system. They found and repaired a bathroom leak after two other companies cut unnecessary holes in our wall and still misdiagnosed the problem! Jon Wayne also found a sink leak we'd been looking for and even did a complimentary check on our other plumbing and found a potentially dangerous problem with how our water heater was installed. They also replaced our outside electrical panel again identifying a potential dangerous problem. Their technicians are ALWAYS friendly and professional and go out of their way to clean up after their work.

It was great! Christian was thorough, patient and he was very respectful of my time and my home. He presented all my options and gave me all the info I needed to decide what was best.

The unit inspected was found to be safe and usable in spite of the rattle, one unit was found to be inoperative and was ordered for installation as soon as the part arrives.

The heater was beyond help, but A/C would probably hold out a little longer. They offered to replace just the heater but I opted for an entire system replacement. The technicians were all neat, polite, professional, and efficient. Everything was carefully explained to my wife and me. We are both extremely pleased with the service and equipment we received.

When I say “they”, I mean, the customer service representatives, scheduler, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and their managers. Wanted new ductwork installed. Received epoxy glue. Aeroseal Duct treatment. Glue did not stick where it was suppose to stick. Sealed nothing. Very High cost, no success in treating the real issue. Improper duct installation.

It did not "go". I called them during the hottest time of the year seeking quick assistance in getting my AC fixed. I was told that they could not send out a technician until three days later. Who can survive in 100 degree heat for three days? Maybe they need to consider bringing on part time help to cover the busy season.
