I was very satisfied with them.

I called on 1-13-15 and told the person what I needed.  She was very professional and friendly and asked a few specific questions.  We made an appointment for the next day.  John and another person came out right on time, measured my windows, answered my questions and told me that his dad would figure the price that evening and  that someone would call with a price the next day.  That's exactly what happened and I told them to go ahead and do it.  They said they would call me when the glass came in and schedule an appointment for installation.  They called when I was out and left a message and said they could be there at 10:30 the next morning if that was o.k.  I called back after hours and left a message that the time was fine.  Again they were right on time.  They worked quickly and efficiently both inside and outside.  They were friendly and focused and left no mess.  I can't imagine a better experience.

Saw company on Angie's List was top rated for SA.  Sent email with dimensions on their website portal.  Lady got back with me right away with quote.  The mirror without haul off was around $165 and she estimated approx $30 for removal and haul off.  Mind you I had gotten a quote a few days earlier for $600+ with a different Large Glass Company in San Antonio.
Anyway scheduled the service.  Guys right on time and did just what I wanted in the work request.  Out the door in 15 minutes for at total of $191.
Extremely happy with everything!  Quality mirror and professional service.

It went well. They showed up on time for both the initial estimate and subsequent installation. Customer service was very good, both in person and over the phone. Overall, the entire experience went as I hoped it would.

• No complaints and everything went better then expected.

The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful.  The lady I spoke to at the office was very helpful and advised that she would have someone go to the house to give an estimate.  I told her I would not be available when they went to the house but there were other workers there and they had my permission to go on the property. 

They went the very next day, called and gave me a price, which I know was more than fair, replaced the window and let me use a credit card over the phone!

They went out of their way to make this an easy process and I am grateful that they were able to do the job w/o even having access to the interior of the home.

They were courteous when called, set an appointment date, which I canceled due to expected rain. They rescheduled at my convenience two days later. They arrived promptly in the morning hours and at my request, they examined nine windows to determine which windows did not open and close properly. When I told them to go ahead and replace the slides in all nine windows, they informed me that four of the windows worked perfectly, and replacing the slides would be wasted cost because it would not make those windows operate any better.  They repaired the other five windows, which now work fine.

The two installer arrived right on time and went straight to work. They quickly evaluated the area to determine the best installation option for our needs (glued versus clips) and installed the precut mirror. The gentlemen were personable and courteous. The mirror was cleaned after install and instructions were provided. We would recommend and use their services again. Thank you!

The guys arrived precisely on time, though I had forgotten the appointment.  They waited at my home until I could make it there from work.  When they looked at the cracked window, they said they could fix it right then if I wanted, since it was a simple, single-pane window.  I said that I didn't think that would be possible, since I only had twenty minutes to spare for my lunch break.  Not only did they complete the repair and thoroughly clean up after themselves, they did it in 15 minutes!  Window looks great, glass was replaced and sealed all the way around, and a nail in the trim that had caused the crack in the first place was removed.  Great service!

They came out and measured the windows and provided a quote very quickly, even though I could not be home for the measurements.  (I tried to get quotes from three other glass companies on Angie's List but only one of them provided a quote'the other two never even showed up to measure.)  
The quote from Johnny and Sonny offered a 5 year warranty on the windows.  I requested 10 year warranty and received it for just a few dollars more.  
It took about a week to fabricate the windows.  The installation was fast, done in just a couple of hours.  I was instructed to not wash the windows for a couple of days as the silicone seal had to completely dry before pressure was put on the window.  
The only thing that concerned me is that when they were installed I noticed that the grids in the upper and lower windows don't line up perfectly.  However, it is not really bothersome to me now.  
The windows are now clean and perfect.  It's a beautiful view even with the sun shining through the windows.
Every person at Johnny & Sonny's, from office staff to installer, was helpful, responsive and professional.

We had our bathroom remodeled and wanted individual mirrors but just could not find ones we liked.  I called Johnny and Sonny's Glass and they came out within the same week and took measurements for a full beveled edge mirror.  The mirror was installed the following week and looks beautiful and really opened up the bathroom.
The installers were great and very professional!
