Called and spoke with a lady who was friendly and courteous. She took my info. and set up an appointment. They called prior to coming out as I had requested. Came out took measurements and within an hour I had the estimate and was told they would be out in a few days to replace the window. The day of the appointment, they called to confirm and said they would be out between 10:00 a.m. and noon. Two workman showed up right on time 10:00 sharp, worked quickly and were done in half an hour.

Eddie came to see the work to be done. Kristin called, as promised, to give me the estimate and set an installation time. The installers came on time. At no extra charge, an installer put new rollers on the bottom of the old patio screen door when he saw it was hard to open. He also tightened a small portion of the screen. The four people I dealt with were all committed to doing a top notch job.

Came out and inspected the broken window when we were not home and called to give a quote. Returned the next day and completed the job. Excellent work.

I had a double paned window and the outer pane was broken. I called them on Friday. I was told that if someone came back from a job, they would send that person to my home. The Manager was out of town on Friday and called me on Monday. They had someone come out on Tuesday to take the measurements. Only one pane was broken in the two paned window. They gave me a price and when the window came in on Thursday, they delivered and installed it. I am happy.

Called a couple companies for estimates; J&S was very responsive and informative. Immediately gave me a very competitive quote (more than $40 less than another Angie's List recommended firm quoted), advised me of current building codes that might impact the type of glass they would need to use and how that would affect the estimate. They would have sent someone out to do the job that same day if I hadn't missed their phone call, but they got the window fixed the next day. The technician was clean and presentable with a friendly, helpful attitude. Total job took about 20 minutes and the technician cleaned up after himself before leaving.

They were fabulous! From start to finish, this company was top notch! They returned phone calls promptly, gave an estimate over the phone, came to my home promptly for window measurement, and installed window promptly and properly. The price was also was very reasonable, as I called other companies for bids as well. No other company compared to Johnny's and Sonny's promptness and price. I was thoroughly impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them as well as do business with them again.
