I love his work! To clean the inside, outside and screens - it takes him maybe 2+ hours. The cost is very reasonable for what he does. He is good about reminding me yearly which is what I like.

It went very well. Jeff was punctual and worked efficiently through the day to finish most of the job. Had to return for a short while the following week to finish remainder of windows. All windows, corners, and sills were cleaned well. There were a few different window types and he systematically approached each type. He brought all his own equipment and was very neat and tidy. He was also very knowledgeable and courteous.

I called several Angie's List A companies with a short time frame (wanted windows done while dogs were out being groomed). I called on Monday, Jeff came by on Wednesday to give the estimate and showed up as promised on Thursday morning. Windows and screens look great. The sun room was added several years ago. We still had the screens on the previously exterior windows. Jeff suggested removing them since they were no longer necessary; gives us a better view of the back yard from the living room. We're very pleased with the results and recommend Jeff.

We communicated by email and then by phone. It was necessary for me to schedule getting the exterior of the house washed prior to the window cleaning. Mr Pringle was very flexible in regards to the schedule and met my calendar requirements. He arrived on time, provided sufficient pricing detail prior to the scheduled date, was very pleasant and very professional. The job took approximately 4 hours. There was absolutely no rearrangement of anything inside or out, or any type of damage at all. The windows and screens are exceptionally clean and both my husband and I are more than satisfied with the work. We discussed when it might be time to do the windows again and I feel lucky to be on his list of customers to call with a reminder.

Jeff has washed my windows for at least 15 years. He is polite, professional, does excellent work, and communicates on exact price and length of time it will take to finish job. I made a mistake and used one of the window cleaners that called my home with an amazing come out the next day and do the windows for an amazing price. It was a nightmare, bait and switch. Lesson learned, so I want to share with others not to fall for those companies that blind call and give offers that seem too good to be true. Use a professional that will give you and honest price upfront, show up exactly when he says, and do an excellent job. Dependable and honest.

Jeff arrived right on time and got right to work. He did an excellent job and I would hire him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family. Jeff is very prompt, reliable, personable, thorough and genuinely seems to care about the quality of his work. His pricing is very competitive. I especially appreciate the fact that he is careful not to scratch the windows, as we have had this problem with other contractors in the past. Since he cleans the inside first and then the outside, the only additional request I would want to make next time is to ask him to come back in to check his work to ensure he didn't miss a spot. We will definitely use Jeff Pringle again.

I found Jeff through Angie's List and boy am I glad I did. I called and left him a message yesterday and he called me back about an hour later. He explained his fees and when I told him that my windows were filthy having had screens and iron grates over them for the past unknown numbers of years he was upfront about the costs to clean them.
He came this morning and saw them for himself and we agreed on his price. He had some time so he was able to clean them right then and there. I couldn't be any happier.
I am SHOCKED at how much better my windows look. It is amazing. He does a fantastic job and is able access windows that neither my husband nor I would feel comfortable attempting.
I can't recommend him highly enough.

Jeff cleaned all of our windows inside and out. They had not been cleaned in 5 years and it's a big house so it was a pretty significant job. Jeff was prompt, professional and courteous. Best of all, my windows look fabulous. I would definitely recommend his service.

"The work performed was the same quality and same price as other customers. If you look at my other reviews they are almost all "A"'s across the board. The quote was not twice as much as over the phone- that quote was $6 per window on the outside, $3 on the inside. (She has 40 windows). I also told her that if they are particularly dirty it might be $7 on the outside the first time (which was the case- it had been many years since they'd been cleaned). The quote was the same as the phone quote. It was a lot more work than I thought it would be and so it took longer than I thought. I was rushed because I needed to finish in time to pick up my kids from school and she asked me to do additional work- light fixtures, fireplace glass, rain gutters, etc. I did this extra work as best I could with my limited time at no extra charge. Though I was rushed the quality was still to my normal standards. It was a long drive to get to her home (kind of a country house) and it would not have been worth her time/money to have me come back for the small amount of work that I was unable to complete-(not windows, but some of the other things I mentioned). I'm actually quite surprised by this review because the windows looked VERY good when I was finished. Not sure what I could have done differently."

2, He knew how to step on barrel tile on the roof in order not to break the tiles.
3. He removed his shoes upon entering the house.
4. He went back to re-do a window on the exterior once he viewed it from the interior.
5. He worked around a difficult circular stairway window which required some acrobatics to reach all of the glass.
It was quite refreshing not to have to educate a service provider on how to respect the home owner's property.
Additionally, he accommodated my schedule.
