I quoted several contractors but a friend shared Islas Air Conditioning information and I was immediately impressed with Jose Islas professionalism. They sent me an estimate right away based on the description and some pictures I included of the area. He was never pushy or wanted me to add anything else to the system. He saw my needs and adjusted to my budget. I agreed and they worked the next day and completed 95% of the work. They came the next day to finish the final touch-ups for the attic stair that they needed to re-assemble and the work was done to my satisfaction.

The AC and duct work were installed before we closed on our house. However because we had the ceilings also replaced, vents were not placed on ducts. I called Islas after we moved in, and even though we had not paid for their previous work, they were happy to come finish the job. They made two trips and were concerned that the job was done correctly. Glad to know there is a company that honors their work even when it is not in their financial best interest to do so.
