We were delighted with the service we received from Integrity Roofing & Siding. Gary, the Residential and Commercial Consultant, provided us with a thorough quotation that included property photographs, roof dimensions, recommended materials and timeframe for completing the project. The pricing estimates were aligned with our insurance estimates. We were comfortable submitting this professionally prepared quotation to our insurer and HOA (which required a 30-day notice). Lisa, the Finance Manager, let us know what to expect and provided documentation to our insurer. Materials were delivered the day prior to the start of the project. The next day the team of roofers laid out a protective tarp surrounding our property and began working. The Production Manager, Fernando, introduced himself, and provided a business card which included his mobile number. The project was concluded in an efficient manner and the cleanup of debris was thorough. Workmanship is guaranteed and the new roof looks great!

Everything went as Gary stated it would clean up roof, replace some facia boards painted caulk. Integrity has a great system in place and the reason I chose them was communication and their product gave me a piece of mine but once the roof is done, I wouldn’t have to worry about leaks grateful for the owners, Ronald and Stephanie SUAREZ for having built a wonderful company that people can trust.

My wife and I were looking for a business to repair our soffit and facia on several areas of our property. Upon using Angi, we received three responses from vendors. Integrity roofing and siding came to our property and inspected the damaged areas we had seen, but while they were doing so, they found a few more areas that we had not seen. They gave us a quote, which we accepted and they kept in touch with us as to when the work might start. Once the work started, the workers did an amazing job and kept in contact with my wife as the work proceeded. After the work was completed, the next day a representative of the company came to the house to inspect the quality of the work performed. We would definitely hire them again to work on our property, due to the quality of their work, the quality of the employees, and the cost.

From initial contact with their consultant to their operations team, field/install team and to the owner, I've had the pleasure of interacting with all members of the company. Each member was courteous, professional, and timely in their responses and coordination. I was extremely impressed on how smooth the process was to the point where I was skeptical as in life, if anything is too good, it must not be true. However, Integrity did not just name their company integrity, but they reinforce the meaning of their name with actions and attitude. I am very pleased with the life cycle of my project and the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality project with world-class customer service. The work and professionalism from Integrity Roofing was great. Everyone from office staff to the young man who came to do the repair were excellent. After I sent in a request for an estimate they had called and scheduled a time for someone to come out and take pictures of damage , sent an estimate and scheduled a day and time to do the job took about a week. Everyone I dealt with,Chris, Virginia, Daniel and Robert were very nice and explained all steps.

Like everyone else in San Antonio, May 2020 was rough. The hail storm damaged our metal roof. We called Integrity and they came out quickly to give us the quote. They kept us apprised of the schedule and when we could expect roofers. Everyone is very professional and the workers did a great job.

We could not have found a better company. Work was done in February 2019. Workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned things up at the end of each day. They came early and stayed as late as necessary to finish whatever they were working on and pickup as needed. Sometimes there were 10-15 or more people working. We do not have one single complaint. Top quality products were used. We got the upgraded roof. It took them about a week to get everything done. They even painted our new garage door. Price was competitive with the other estimate we got from a contractor with mediocre reviews. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. We selected this company based on Angie’s List reviews.

From the beginning, communication with Integrity was fantastic. When engaging our insurance adjuster, they kept us updated on the latest. When the work commenced, there was a project manager on site to be sure everything ran smoothly. He made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way (thank you, Francisco) and we heard directly from the owners throughout the process. Our yard was cleared at the end of the day, and at the end, our yard was swept by the crew, the project manager with magnets, and again by our assigned rep. We couldn't be more happy with the finished product, the customer service, and the overall value we received. We highly recommend Integrity for your roofing project!
