Infinity Water Restoration

*Type of service and project performed options did not apply at all to what was done - which is odd considering that water restoration is their whole business! This was all due to the winter storm damage due to pipes bursting - so keep in mind how busy all vendors were and how long I had to wait to get service in the 1st place. Which, I was very patient about. The work performed seemed fine - excessively expensive (even by my insurance standards). BUT - when it came time to pay - they were too impatient to wait for my insurance payments/claims to be worked out, and 6 days after the invoice was due threatened to send me to an attorney for collection & showed up to my door on day 7 with police escort to collect payment. HOW RIDICULOUS. I stayed in contact them the whole time and was not trying to withhold payment in any way. Meanwhile I am still living in a destroyed mess and sleeping in my dining room! Absolutely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL all things considered. So upset our tax dollars are paying for them to have cops accompany them for things like this. I will NEVER deal with or recommend them again. Had they handled this appropriately I would have. They knew from the start it was an insurance claim. They should have handled it better. Even my insurance stated they called every day and were very rude about getting payment.

Infinity Water Restoration was quick to respond and walked me through their whole process; they even assisted me with filing a claim. Very professional, great service.
