Incline Air Htg. & AC

AC was not working properly. They assessed the problem which was minor and fixed it and only charged me for the service call.

Very prompt and professional, will use next year.

Joe was very thorough and took his time and did a lot more than the other company that's been performing my spring and winter service. I would definitely hire Incline again!

Worth the money spent.

I purchased the service on line in August. They had access to my address and a general idea of what area of town I lived in. I scheduled for the service to be done on the 8the. I was called by the Technician approximately 20 minutes prior to my appointment that his company did not servicemy area. They had almost a month to research myaddtess and to tell me they didn't service myarea. I lost out on wages after being told that I had to be present in my home when the service was performed. I was also told that I would have yto contact Angie's List in order to receive a refund. All of this could have been avoided by the company letting me know that they didn't service my area over the phone.

Good. Answered phone each time I called. Came a few days before appointment when the prior appointment time we had made didn't work.

After realizing that a control panel was faulty I ordered a new one and they were to come back and install it the following Tuesday or Wednesday. He did not respond to confirm those time so we agreed to a Saturday morning appointment. Incline did not show up or call or email - just disappeared. After a few days I arranged the installation with another company who finished the job.

Quick, fast, professional, and took time to explain what parts of the system they were working on. I would recommend the services.

I am forever grateful to this company and its crew. The guy that came to my house was extremely professional and understanding He explained everything and the price was unbelievable. Thank you so much!!!!!

They were excellent to work with - very prompt service (responded quickly, scheduled quickly, arrived on time and performed services in a reasonable amount of time). We appreciated their honest opinion on our unit and ways to improve air flow. We would definitely call on them for future services.

The entire process was fantastic.  Jose Saucedo was amazing.  he quickly came out, diagnosed the issue and asked permission to get part and do labor.  Will absolutely recommend him to any and everyone I run across. Best AC repair in Texas.
