I was very impressed with this service. Jay called right after I hang up the phone with HomeAdvisor service. He asked what day and time he can come out. I told him 12 noon the next day and he showed up about five minutes before noon. For someone to keep their word and even show up early is very rare today. He operated my AC heat pump and knew right away what was wrong with it without a diagnostic being done. He did not have the part with him so he said he would have it on Monday. I had the service done on Friday. He asked me what time and I said anytime between nine am and one pm. He showed at 10am and he had the correct part. He changed it out fast and billed me. Very surprised that he kept his word and stayed very close to the price he told me earlier. He did not charge me a lot more like most other companies would. I would definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I was needing to have a new thermostat installed. Many HVAC companies I called would not install the thermostat I purchased at Best Buy. Jay was very helpful on the phone. He came the same day I called and skillfully installed the thermostat and even helped me set up the app on my phone. He was very courteous and patient with my many questions. The charge for the installation was very reasonable. I would use the company again based on this experience and will recommend to friends.

I am delighted to recommend Hybrid Heat & Air in San Antonio, Texas. After getting several competitive quotes for a new central a/c system, I selected Hybrid to be my contractor. Jay Carnley was undoubtedly the main reason I decided to do business with Hybrid. Not only was he professional, but he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, including my options and applicable rebates. He was on time, easily accessible to answer my numerous questions and extremely knowledgeable. They completed the installation on time and Jay instructed me on the operation and maintenance of my new unit. He also had my certificates and rebate information filled out before I even had to ask. His company also included a 10 year maintenance service where they will come out twice a year to inspect and tune up the unit absolutely free!! I don���t know of any other outfit that would give you this peace of mind. It is wonderful to have a new energy efficient central air conditioning unit that should save me several hundred dollars a year in utility bills, and to have found a company that truly caters to their customers and cares about their reputation. Knowledgable about HVAC system . Arrived on time. Cost was exactly what was quoted . We asked him to change the location of the drain and he was quick to make that correction. We will hire Jay&Matt again for our Barndominium heat & air system.

Jay the owner of the co. is hands on and at the job site to make sure things are done right. His warranty is excellent, and he will make sure you are happy before he leaves. If there is a problem after install, you can count on him to address it as soon as practical. I'm quite happy with the AC as it's a big improvement over the old unit, and I'm happy I went with Jay and his crew and recommend them for all your AC, and heating needs.

Jay Carnley is the real deal. He is president of his company and hands-on when installing and repairing equipment. He was 'on-time' for our first appointment and had a comprehensive estimate ready the next day. Very knowedgable about HVAC, Jay made improvements to our HVAC systems that were a problem since the home was built. Hybrid was thousands of $$ less expensive than other San Antonio HVAC companies. Quality of work and equipment is outstanding. A lifetime cooling and heating unit replacement is offered by Hybrid.
