Hybrid Heat and Air, LLC

Beware. I purchased central AC replacement while I was on military active duty out of state with a written receipt of a 10 year maintenance, labor, and parts warranty. However, I was unaware that Hybrid never registered the unit with the manufacturer after installation for starting that warranty, nor was I ever infored of my need to do so! So when an expensive part went bad around year 7 or 8, the warranty was unavailable due to an easily avoidable lack of registration. To avoid any accountability or repair, Hybrid would not answer or return calls. They sadly just disappeared for the last year plus of warrantied service.

A warranty exchange was done by Hybrid Heat and Air on 12/5/23 with a distributor. At that time, distributor issued a warranty exchange for my REME device....472 without verifying that the unit was still covered under warranty. The distributor then mistakenly issued unit...007 to Hybrid Heat and Air as a warranty replacement/exchange. Ideally, a new unit should have been sold to me and a new warranty should have been issued along with it (5 years on the unit, 2 years on the cell). Currently, unit ...007 does not carry a warranty. So Reme unit 007 is not brand-new unit, does not carry a warranty and was installed to my house. I have been trying to get in touch with Hybrid Heat and Air for some time with no messages or phone call reply. But they were ready to answer telephone and reply to messages when it came to finalizing the payment for the install. A payment that I should not have paid period, since I came to realize the shady information about the unit 007. If there was a way to rate zero stars I would because this is bad customer service all the way. I have tried getting in touch with Hybrid Heat and Air for refund and to have REME device removed as the unit is not even brand new and I no longer wish to have unit installed. They have not replied back to me and do not return my phone calls and messages. Bad customer service all the way.

found problems left by the company that installed my A/C unit. Units working fine and never tried to sell me something that was not needed.

He also gave me money-saving advice on how to fix the problem myself if it happened again in the future. Luckily it wasn't a major issue. Price was less than I expected. I would use them again.

Jay taught us more about air conditioning in 10 minutes than we ever knew. There was no "sales pitch", just an honest assessment of our current systems and solid recommendations to address them. Their price was very competitive and their free 10 year service plan puts them heads and shoulders above other HVAC companies. We would recommend them to anyone.

My ac was more then just a leaking it was flooding. The guy came out very next day. An noticed an fixed the problem immediately. Was very happy with service. Jay was very knowledgeable and informative. He provided us with freon free of charge in order to keep our system running until we could schedule installation of our new system. He was willing to do this even if we did not select his company. The installation team was prompt, courteous, professional, and clean. Jay includes yearly system check ups at no additional cost with new systems which is impressive. The cost was reasonable as well. You cannot go wrong with Hybrid.
