New home was being built and wanted whole house vac installed. My builder got a quote from them. We visited their store to see the vac system on the quote. Saw they also did security systems and audio. Requested a quote for all. Made some changes to the speakers and agreed to the quote. Work started while house was being framed. Only the wiring and duct work for the vac was done as expected. At that time they requested we pay half of the $6. Agreed as fair since it would be over 90 days for the house to be completed. I contacted the owner to get an updated quote for all the work, but only got the cost of the speakers I wanted. I went back to the store and spoke to the office manager and was told an updated quote showing my partial payment will be sent to me. Never did.
 Once the drywall was done they came back and installed speakers, cameras and security pad. The day of our walk thru inspection they requested the 2nd payment of $3k. During my inspection there were bare wires hanging in the closet where the security DVR and audio cables came in. No audio zone switch and no camera DVR, no speaker connections in the living room. The builder has no contract with them so they should be solely dealing with me the customer, yet they have not contacted me.
I have never dealt with any contractor that wants full payment before the work is completed and customer is satisfied .
The quote did not specify brand names/model numbers so it would not be possible to know what I was getting for the money. I plan to contact them once we get completely moved in and have a Certified Check waiting for the installers to complete the job.

We received excellent service. The item we purchased was perfect for our needs. The salesperson who assisted us was very knowledgable.

I did not like that they took multiple trips, and they wouldn't even stay to explain. Their guys would just up and leave, and they wouldn't show us how to control the things installed. Then they wouldn't come back for a month or two months, so you would be without any working in the house. They wouldn't respond to calls.The actual wiring was fine, but we had to pay another company to come and fix to get things working.

THE PROVIDER DID NOT SATISFY MY COMPLAINT AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE AS WELL.

I have sensors and monitors installed everywhere at my home. Their monitoring system is very competitive but when it comes to installing new things, they are pretty expensive. I would use them in the future.
