HomeTeam Pest Defense has been constantly harassing me even before I moved into my new home. They continue to contact me by phone and in person even though I have told them repeatedly that I do not want the service. I eventually intend to use another pest control company which does not engage in such aggressive sales tactics. I consider this to be harassment and I have written a letter to the company president indicating such. I have a "No Soliciting" sign on my front door which they choose to ignore.
In my opinion, legitimate and trustworthy companies do not continue to "sell" an individual who has repeatedly declined their services. Enough is enough.
I am 92 years old and have a pet Sheltie. Today there was a knock on my door and when I answered it, my dog ran outside, scaring me to death. It was another HomeTeam salesman coming around again to try to sell me their service. When will this end?
