He has been unbelievably outstanding. He has rendered service in a way that nobody else I've ever known has. He's very professional, very ethical, I've just been really impressed with him. He's very truthful, completely committed to being of service to you. He's been an agent for 22 years. He's the best you can get. he's been very responsive every time I call him. He actually came to my daughter's house and actually took me back from that house once for the inspection. I needed my husband and he couldn't collect just the lay of the land so Ed actually took me over so I could take pictures. I don't think he's doing it just because he knew my daughter. It has nothing to do with her. My husband doesn't like real estate people and he actually likes Ed.

Fran Guey is a good agent and realistically prices a home so that they will sell.  She will be attentive to the needs of the people she works with and will always be available to them.   I will continue to use her in the future.
