Pressure Washing
Gleam Team came out to pressure wash my house, clean my windows and screens, and pressure wash my drive and walkway. Although they did an adequate job, there were also complications. One of the workers stood on top of my AC unit (instead of his ladder) and his weight caused him to go right through the top and break the fan blade. I was reimbursed by Gleam Team for over $1,300 in damages to my AC system. However, I found out later on that some of my screens that were run through their cleaning machine had holes shredded through them, which I did not realize at the time. I will now have to take the time to go and get them re-screened so I can open the windows when the weather gets cooler. In summary, I like a job done without a lot of complications. I've got enough problems to deal with as is.

It was easy to schedule time for a rep to come out, look at my windows and provide a written proposal for the work. On the day of cleaning, I got a text when the tech was on his way. He arrived on time and got to work. He cleaned all my windows and doors inside and out. He cleaned all the window screens and solar screens. He was careful and respectful of my house. He didn't track up my floors or leave a mess. He answered all my questions. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I've gotten lots of compliments on how good my windows look. I'm very pleased with how my windows and screens look now.

The two gentlemen assigned to the project were professional, efficient, and very respectful regarding the property of others. This was a tough job! We had our windows washed for the first time probably since the house was built in 1966. Kameron did an amazingly job! He was extremely friendly and professional. He diligently worked around difficult burglar/security bars, going back over the windows multiple time until he was satisfied with the work. A phenomenal job! I can't recommend them enough! The online quote, in person follow up (because I wanted to show thwm the security bars) and booking were all very streamlined. Received a text anytime someone was in route to our house. I highly recommend hiring the Gleam Team.

With the exception of 1 1/2 windows, excellent job. The "cons": Appointment was made 5 days in advance. The night prior to the appointment day, a voicemail was left at 4:50 saying that they were changing the time from 10 a.m . to 2 p.m. Since they were closed when I got the message, I had to rearrange my afternoon appointment and activity to accommodate them. Fence gate was left wide open when cleaner left; I have 2 dogs who were in the back yard while he was cleaning (as well as inside when he was inside). At the time I made the appointment, I learned that a deposit equal to 1/2 the estimated charge was required at that time. I also learned that, regardless of how few windows, the minimum charge was $195. Although the cleaner did a nice job, including cleaning the screens, the office's changing of the appointment time late in the day before was very inconvenient and, I though, inconsiderate. For that reason, I probably will go with another company next time.

Team was very punctual and worked steadily to complete all inside work. Because it was raining, they rescheduled outside cleaning for another day. My windows are sparkling and I love it. The only concern was the cost for cleaning the blinds which I thought was pretty steep but they were done well. I would hire them again.

Project was done once on inside and twice on outside fully honoring the company's 3 day rain quarantee. All 4 of the crew members (2 per visit) were attentive to our requirements and provided professional and friendly service. We did have a couple of windows that were very difficult to clean and both teams gave them extra care and we feel that no company could have done a better job.

The workers came on time and were courteous. They were here for several hours as this job was detail-oriented. Overall a very good job. There were some minor issues such as five windows being left unlocked, dirt on some lower blind slats, and spray residue on sofa and glass top end table. I called the company and they were apologetic. The co-owner actually came out to my home, inspected the issues, and made the necessary fixes. He also offered me a discount on what I had paid as well as a discount on my next service. I judge the quality of a company by the work performed and their response to any issues/concerns. Gleam Team handled my issues with courtesy and professionalism. At no time were they ever defensive or dismissive. They treated me like a valued customer. I have no reservations about using their service again and in recommending them to others.

Gutter Cleaning
We were pleased with the work performed last week. We have a two story home and were concerned that not all Gutters’s would be accessible. Two people came on time, performed the service and cleaned up after themselves. We were pleased with the customer service. You get a text that they were on their way, and even a picture of who was coming. Very prompt service.
