The sales man informed us that if we purchased the bed by the 6th of October it would be at the store for pick-up by October 15th. The 15th came and the bed had not arrived at the store and I was informed it was on the truck on the way to the store. I was upset by this as we needed the bed here at a certain time as my mother has no where to sleep. I called and spoke to Harriet, the owner, and she was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation to her. She then said she could not deal with me right now and handed me off to the previous sales man we dealt with. The bed has still not arrived and they can give me no exact time frame as to when it will be there. I had to delay my mother coming as we do not have a bed for her to sleep on. If the bed does not arrive today I will be contacting them for a refund. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Description of Work: We went in to purchase a murphy bed as my mother was coming in and we did not have a bed for her to sleep on.
