My only concern was the price for their products. They seemed a bit high. They don't have a lot of models available in stores.

When you look at fixtures---there is one price a customer is quoted at the Ferguson showroom;  there is a separate lower discount price the plumber pays for the same item.  The plumber invoices the customer at the higher showroom price and pockets the difference.  I understand that this is the way most business is done - the trick is to find a plumber who will do the work for you and not play the game of "I won't guarantee my work unless I buy the toilet".  I could have purchased most of the items at a discounted price at Lowe's or Home Depot, but I could not be sure of the quality of work performed by their contractors.  Similar items could have been purchased at Allen and Allen, which offers all customers the "builder's price", but again, most plumbers don't want to do the work unless they are also getting a piece of the pie, i.e., the showroom mark-up price.

They have a good selection. They were friendly and can get you just about anything you want.

Work with a representative. I learned more about plumbing-and things to ask the plumber. Important when spending money on this investment.

I went into the showroom and the sales women was very helpful. She worked with me from my home via e-mail. She would e-mail me to tell me when the products came in. They were easy to use.

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and very professional. The down side, the long wait to get assistance and the high prices. Had their prices been a little better I would have ordered all from them.

The woman I worked with was really great. She helped me pick out what I wanted, priced it for me, and then ordered it. However, three weeks later, and we are still missing parts so we can finish up this work. Not to mention, you are paying heavily for their nice showroom.

We were amazed by their prices as they are almost as good as Direct Buy which is a wholesale to the public service. Also, the hardware and sinks we bought are much better quality and price than what we found at another home improvement store.

THEY PROVIDED A PERSONAL SERVICE WOMAN TO GO THROUGH EVERY ROOM IN DETAIL ON PLUMBING NEEDS. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN WORKING WITH OUR NEEDS AND PRICE RANGE. AT ANY GIVEN TIME, IF WE WERE TO CHANGE ANYTHING UP TO A CERTAIN POINT THEY WORKED OUT EVERY DETAIL ON OUR CONTRACT.
