He WAS dedicated and very punctual, but this year to no avail, set up our first appointment of the year (1.5-2 months in ADVANCE) I then called a few days before our scheduled date and never got a call back, then the morning came, and he was a no show, I usually would set up get-together's the weekend AFTER her came on our scheduled Friday Mornings. So our family plans were cancelled,and I continued to call him, thinking he may have been injured/sick...but figured his crew would show up. No calls, no response what-so-ever. We live in close proximity so I went by his home and his wife reported he was out working, But again asked her to have him call me and let me know what was the issue(as apparently there musy have been one). Today is 2 days later and still no word. There is the good chance his workers returned to Mexico, or were deported as they could not speak OUR dialect. Too bad, he was higher in cost but was here and gone within 45 mins. top. Very rarely did I have to request they go back over an area or blow something they missed. He HAD a good client base I believe I wish him the best, but I do , did not appreciate being ignored, VERY BAD BUSINESS!!

Herman, and I live fairly close to one another and we are set up on a 3 wk. interval, unless not needed, he works around our schedules and is very punctual and professional. I feel he may be high for the amount of time, however the 45 minutes it takes his crew to do a thorough job is worth the higher price to me. *UPDATE* 3-26-2011 MR.GARZA, HAD BEEN DOING MY YARD FOR THE LAST 2 SUMMERS, HOWEVER I SPOKE WITH HIM EARLIER THIS YEAR AND SCHEDULED OUR FIRST JOB OF THIS SEASON, HE DID NOT SHOW, CALL OR ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME IN ANYWAY. I HAD A GET-TOGETHER PLANNED WHICH HAD TO BE CANCELED. I CALLED A FEW TIMES THE NEXT FEW DAYS, NO REPLY, AND ALL I ASKED THAT HE HAD THE COURTESY TO RETURN MY CALL AND EXPLAIN. HOWEVER, NO CALLS, AS I MENTIONED ABOVE, WE LIVE VERY CLOSE, SO I WENT BY YESTERDAY AND SPOKE WITH HIS WIFE AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND REQUESTED HE CALL AND JUST LET ME KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. STILL NO CONTACT. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY AT THE PRICES HE CHARGES.

Very good. A good professional crew was here with plenty of workers every day until done. The crew chief was always present and available for any questions we had. The only problems were quite a few weeds in the new grass and the salesman did send an e-mail saying he would come by for a walk-through when they were finished but he never made it here.

I would recommend them, because they do a good job. They only do what is needed, rather than doing more so that they can get paid for. They do not offer extra services that are unnecessary. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.
