There was a problem with the A/C, they worked with us and the warranty company. They did the work right away. They did a real good job.

They do very good work. They are a knowledgeable company.

* Working with EZ is great. They are easy to communicate with. The receptionist (Maria) is courteous and keeps her word when she says she will call back. * They came out and serviced a heating and cooling system in my workshop that was not covered under the maintenance contract I have with them for the house units (2). * The techs were courteous and professional. They explained what was the problem and how to avoid it in the future. * Best of all, there was no charge for the service call! * I love these guys! If I ever need another HVAC system I will buy it through them.

They did a great job. They replaced a capacitor at a discounted price that was failing. They were careful to not soil the house. They clearly explained the problem found and the cost to repair. They provided a legible repair order detailing everything that they did. The company followed up with a computer printout with the same information. They have a maintenance plan that provides annual check ups and cleaning at a reasonable price. I have full confidence in this company. They installed one of the two heat pumps.

The owner, Enrique Zuniga, arrived at our home in a company uniform and driving a company truck. Before entering the home, he covered his shoes. He listened carefully to our issues prior to heading up into the attic to determine our needs. He emerged and showed us over 17 photos of our old system and ensure we understood the problems we had before discussing possible solutions. We were interested in the Infinity System, the top of Carrier's line. He provided a brochure showing the system, directed us to his informative website and promised to provide an estimate by COB the next day. The estimate arrived as promised, was thorough, was reasonable and included all info on available rebates. He knew we were seeking other estimates and never assumed he had the job. He told us what to ask other companies to provide in their quotes to ensure all problems he noted could be addressed. His estimate was over $2K lower than other estimates. Once we notified Enrique that he got the job, he scheduled it within 3 days. He crew arrived on schedule, in uniform and treated our home with respect by covering all carpets prior to starting the job. They worked straight through, with only one short break, and were very professional. Our system was up and running the first day. On the second day, the crew returned to reconfigure the ducts to allow for the second zone for the upstairs. Again, they were courteous and professional. Enrique came to our house to supervise the crews throughout each day and came again at the end of each day to show us how to operate our new Carrier control panels. Once the second zone for upstairs was working, it became apparent we had a circulation problem in the secondary bedrooms caused by faulty work by the contractor who built our home 10 years ago. Enrique designed a solution to reconfigure and enlarge the duct network and again sent a courteous and professional crew to do the work. All work was done IAW the estimates, with no hidden charges. His office staff are also professional and did a great job in providing all invoices shortly after the job was completed. I definitely reccomend Enrique Zuniga's company and will use them for all my future air conditioning needs.
