I tried to schedule the apt. through an Angie's list deal and didn't hear back from them. Called them to follow up in case I missed the call since I am terrible at keeping my cell phone charged. They apologized for not getting back but set up an apt. and everything else went smoothly. They came on time, fixed the problem, showed me why the old one melted and installed a new one. The price was exactly as discussed. Everything went great.

All went perfectly! Rosalinda couldn't have been more courteous, nor Chris and Jaime more prompt and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend "EZ A/C and Heating" to anyone I hear needs their system serviced.

I first used EZ Air Conditioning & Heating during July to conduct the 20 pt inspection service for $69. (great coupon) I'm currently selling my property and decided I get this done prior to listing. During the process of an inspection for a potential buyer the inspector recommended the AC system be leveled out. Jaime from EZ Air Conditioning & Heating assisted me with both maintenance requests and was absolutely professional and dedicated to completing both tasks. Very nice and informative. Highly recommend this company.

I woke Labor Day morning to a warm house because the AC outdoor unit would not start due to tripping breaker. I called EZ because I had used them before for another issue. There was no answer, so I assumed they weren't open. Within a few minutes, Larry called me back and Chris came out not too long afterwards. They replaced condenser fan motor and hard start kit (or maybe a part on it?) and so far its working. Larry and Chris were very professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was around 3pm on a Monday and I noticed the a/c was not cooling the house properly. I called EZ air conditioning and heating at 4:57pm. I was very happy when the lady at EZ air conditioning told me that the repairman would come before 8pm. The A/C tech. name was Larry .He checked Freon, etc. and said they checked out good. He said the fan motor was very hot and that it needed to be checked. It just so happened that another A/C company had replaced the motor the month before. Since the fan motor was under warranty with the other a/c company I thanked him for his time and effort. I will deal with the a/c company that originally installed the fan motor.

I called for a repair on Saturday morning expecting to be told someone would be out to check my system the following week. They sent a repair man within 2 hours. He took a look at my system and immediately diagnosed a blown capacitor. The great part was that prior to replacing it he should me what the new one looked like compared to my blown capacitor. The fix was complete within 30 mins and he spent an extra 20 mins adding freon to my system because it was low.

The technicians showed up on time. They were very thorough and explained the work completed.

Enrique and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing an entire 3-ton HVAC system in a timely and efficient manner. Enrique came to our home promptly to inspect our current system. Like all other contractors, he came in and confirmed that the system was actually on its last leg. However, unlike the rest of his competitors, he took extra time to inspect all our duct work, returns, and registers to ensure they were all working properly. He was the only one (after having more than 6 AC contractors in our house over 2 years) who noticed that the builders of the home (the house was built in 1997) was missing a return. He discovered that the return ducting was installed but it was sucking air from the reverse side of the dry wall ceiling. The builder never cut the hole in the dining room ceiling to install the second return. Further, he took the time to go back to the unit to investigate further what damage this has caused to the existing unit. Also, Enrique took the time to sit my wife and I down on two separate occasions and explain all our options in as much detail we wanted. I have had extensive experience with HVAC systems before and he demonstrated great knowledge of the HVAC system process and what products he had to offer us to meet our family needs. At no time did he ever try and "sell" us things we did not need or come off as pushy. He was great in trying to identify what we really needed and explained what the pros and cons are to the unit we purchased. Once Enrique had a commitment from us he followed through with honoring the commitment of date and time and was at our home promptly at 8:45 with a very well trained and competent crew eager to get the new system installed. They crew was courteous and friendly the entire time they worked; which was no easy task with a toddler curious about everything they were doing and two crazy dogs wanting to get in the mix. At the end of the job, Enrique personally came out and inspected every piece of equipment AND ALSO inspected the equipment that he did not touch but the system interacted with (returns, registers, etc.). He explained to me in great detail how everything worked and what I needed to do to maintain the system. He ensured I understood by having me do some of the tasks as he watched to ensure I was handling the equipment correctly. Before the night was done, he decided to check my second HVAC unit one more time to ensure it was working and in good order at no extra charge. He found a few air leaks in the boxes in the attic and had his men do a quick repair before ensuring everything was cleaned and all debris was removed from the house. The entire experience has set a new standard of excellence for other contractors to try and attain. Enrique and his team are a phenomenal crew. The most amazing part is the attention the EZ AC company's owner, Enrique, gave to us personally. I was shocked to learn that the owner of this very professional organization gave so much of his time in his busy schedule to ensure we were 100% completely satisfied with his company's work. Thank you, Enrique for a job well done! I will recommend you to all our friends and family!

Both service personnel, Chris & Jamie, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and worked in an efficient manner. They answered my questions as I thought of them. Chris told me that he would email me a quote to replace my current aging and inefficient AC system. I will defiantly use EZ AC & Heating again. I highly recommend them and the service personnel Chris & Jamie.

I called them to schedule and they told me that they don't do vent cleaning. I ended up getting a refund.

They provide great customer service and outstanding HVAC systems and maintenance. Their technicians are always professional, prompt and skilled. I highly recommend you allow them to give you an estimate if you need a new HVAC system. At a minimum, use them for your periodic maintenance.

It was a great experience. I am very pleased with the job they did. Enrique is a great person who is sociable, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Everyone was so professional, courteous and friendly. They made sure there were no drafts coming from where the unit was housed. They insulated all the pipes, patched up all the holes where the new unit was and built up the floor that house the new unit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Confirming my heating was running like it should .

They are very responsive and very honest. My AC went out and they could have told me anything they wanted to but I only had to replace a $75 part. I cannot say enough good things about them.

It went well. The job was complete in one day. The workers arrived on time, got right to work and finished by 430-5. They cleaned up the mess of the old equipment and hauled away all of the old system.

The entire staff @ EZ, from the office to the onsite technician, is professional and so willing to go the extra mile. This is my 3rd experience working with them and each time I am never disappointed. They arrive on time, provide you with a clear explanation of the issue and provide you with as many options as they can.

WOW! I joined Angie's list because I was going to be listing my house and needed small things taken care of here and there. I had an issue that I wanted fixed before I listed so I called EZ Air based on the prior reviews. I was extremely impressed. They called when they were on their way and arrived on the early end of the time window. Luckily only small issues that could easily be corrected were found and each time I was advised and walked through what was going wrong, how the part worked and what needed to be done. I had used another company in the past who did their thing and went on their way. The techs were extremely courteous and the prices were very reasonable for what was done after I did some research. This is now my go to AC company and I will recommend them here and to anyone that I may come across in person

They called us and took time to explain all the options and gave us the information sheets for all units that we were asking about. They did a good job of informing us about our options. The installation crew was great and kept the home clean. The city inspected the work and said it was good to go. They even helped complete the CPS rebate forms, in addition they gave us the best price in comparison to the other companies we called.

They did a little work on the the hoses that went into the house. Other than that they were great. If we still live in Texas we weould use the again.
