NG: After they sell you a unit and when you start having problems, Jonathan Hernandez and his crew will tell you that there's nothing wrong. They will charge for every service call you make and leave you high and dry. I spent $15,000 for their "top of the line, Infinity Carrier" unit with all the energy efficienc BS they advertise. After 2 years of struggles with high humidity problems, high electric bills, VFD faults, and overall frustration with this purchase, this vendor wants to clean their hands and pretend I don't exist. Sadly, google review is my only leverage because they want everyone to get them 5 stars. I would if what they sold me was what they marketed or if they would at least fix what's broken or replace the entire system. My advice to you, find another vendor. Carrier has problems like other manufacturers, but you are at the mercy of who installs your system.

My friends and families were also using them because we were satisfied. They were very good. They were honest. They were reliable.

Started searching for HVAC replacement 4 years ago. Had plenty of companies trying to sell me the highest and most expensive unit. All estimates were above $12K. Almost went with another company but decided to give EZ a chance since they are highly rated by Carrier, BBB, and Google. Glad I did! Enrique Zuñiga gave me multiple choices without pressuring me into a decision. He even went over details that no other company had during my 4-year research. I ended up getting a 5 stage 4 Ton unit at a lower price than the “basic” units from other vendors selling Carrier. Lennox and Train are great, but this is a better unit and cost less. Technicians were very professional and at the end of the day, everything was clean.

Overall pretty well. Some hiccups causing us to get a system we didn't initially order, but was installed and we're happy. Return air cover broke the day after installment.

We had the pleasure of meeting the whole EZ Air team, first when they fixed a problem with our old unit and then later when they replaced the old unit with a new one. The entire EZ air team was professional and responsive and incredibly nice. Enrique walked us through the choices available to us and the differences. Sitting in my cool house, with a new unit, I could not recommend EZ Air more.

I decided to sign up for their 3 year maintenance plan due to their professionalism and efficiency.

Extremely well. I couldn't be more satisfied. A/C stopped cooling at 3 am. I called EZ Air Conditioning at 8:15 am. Maria told me that the techs would be there within an hour. Chris & David arrived on time and had the capacitor replaced by 10:45 am. They were both very professional and courteous. Thank you EZ Air Conditioning you have another VERY SATISFIED customer.

Jaime and Elijah from EZ Air Conditioning and Heating arrived on the scheduled time for the services. They were really courteous, explained what they needed to do, and their honest assessment of my AC system. They have performed an excellent job in doing the maintenance and repair of my AC. It has been almost a month when they did the services and my AC has been working great! I would definitely hire their services again in the future. I highly recommend this company!

i had contacted EZ's during the winter time. My heater stopped working after having no problem for 10 years. Turns out the installer cut the ground pin on the plug and it never presented problems until then. They came out even I could get no one else to do so in a timely manner. I purchased a platinum contract from them as my system is aging. They waived the service call fee and I was set up for years of twice a year checkup on an aging system. They performed a Spring system checkup and found a weak fan motor caps atop. They also said the system would benefit from a slight 410 A charge. The unit had never worked better, even when it was first installed! Chris is very particular about his work and you can tell he enjoys his job. When it is time to replace you better bet they will be the first ones I call. I can't highly recommend them enough. I feel I will get many more years of service from my 10 year old Infinity System now.

No upsells & everything inspected passed okay. Unit was cleaned & A/C ready for summer.

The guy came and did his thing. The A/C checked out. He'd have changed the filter if we'd have had them where he could get them. Very professional.

ON A SUNDAY! Called the company, left a message, and received a call back within 5 minutes. Came to our house 1 hour later, as he stated he would. Checked out our outside unit, and fixed it. I definitely would recommend EZ Air condition and heating to anyone that needs help.

I would highly recommend this company. I was a little doubtful at first, because not all vendors full-fill what they promise in their deals that can be found on Angie's List. This company exceeded their special. From their initial contact call after I purchased (that took all of 15 min) The receptionist was polite and professional. When the technician called to let me know he was running a little behind it was OK because he told me how long he delayed and still showed up earlier then the delay time. Chris the service technician was polite, professional and explained everything he was going to do and took his time. I will definitely refer them to friend and family.
