I first tried, myself, repairing a constant loss of tank water without success.  Luie suggested I replace my 12-inch rough-in toilet with a 10-inch, because the tank would not seat squarely on the toilet.  He explained how I could install it myself, and I did it without too much effort.

I scheduled the appt for 7:30am on a workday, and he knocked on my door at precisely 7:30am.  I was impressed right off.  Did his work quickly and efficiently since I had to be leaving for work soon.

Luie and assistant arrived on time after I had callled that morning to request service; they worked me into the schedule.  Luie flushed the hot water heater and wrote down the steps about how to do it so I would be able to accomplish that task myself in the future.  The hot and cold water lines were to a basement sink and in a very cramped space.  The shut off valves had frozen over time and Luie quickly and efficiently replaced them with valves that would be much easier to close next time I had a faucet leak.  Good solution to this problem instead of just accomplishing the minimum required to stop the drain leak.  Extreme Plumbing takes the extra step to give the best service possible.  I will definitely call this company again.

Our experience with Extreme Plumbing was beyond compare.  Everything from Sandy's assistance and responsiveness in their office to scheduling our appointment.  Sandy even called a day early to see if we could do the job sooner because they had an unexpected opening in the afternoon.  Sandy documented everything we needed to be done and was very agreeable to work with our schedule in timing of the appointment.  Luie & Jonathan showed up 5 minutes early and were very polite in introducing themselves as soon as they arrived. They first assessed all of the different things we needed to have done and prioritized the different projects.  They determined that our garbage disposal was beyond repair and I ran out to get a new disposal while they continued to work on the other projects.  They fixed everything we needed done and were very neat and careful in all of the projects.  They also explained what they were doing with each of the repairs and also provided additional information on how to properly maintain the plumbing in the house. 

Luie also provided detailed explanations on how to properly set the water softener cycle and cleaned it and filled it with salt.  In addition, Luie and Jonathan provided explanations and information on the hot water heaters. 
Overall, working with Sandy, Luie & Jonathan from Extreme Plumbing & Drain was a pleasure.  They were knowledgable, professional, neat and very economical for the amount of service they performed.  The work was performed at my in-laws house and Luie's professionalism, experience and courtesy eased my in-laws concerns about their plumbing problems.  They will defintely call Luie and Extreme Plumbing again!

Luie arrived ahead of schedule and listened carefully to the history of the problem.  He and his son went straight to work, first assessing the situation in the shower from the inside and then moving to the outside (underneath the house and upon the roof).  Upon he ascent from underneath the house, Luie showed me a photo of the separated drain pipe which would need repair in the near future since clearing the shower clog would not remedy the dislocation of the pipe.  He provided an estimate of the costs for this future project and informed me that I should abandon use of that bathroom until these repairs are made.  Since the project will involve digging a hole in the front yard, etc., I told him I would need to postpone this a few weeks.  The estimated costs for these future drain services is $1445.
All-in-all, it went well and both Luie and his son were very professional, personable, and courteous.  I will schedule the additional work in mid-May.

We just purchased a new home that had been empty for almost a year. After we got moved in I went to take a shower and the water smelled like rotten eggs! I ran all the hot water out and waited for it to fill again but it still had that horrible smell. So went on Angie's List to find a deal to get the water heater flushed out. Saw a special for Extreme Plumbing and called Sandy and told her the situation. She told me she could get someone out that day and I was very happy to hear that! Louie and his assistant showed up right on time and got right to work on the water heater. Let me tell you, Louie is one super nice guy and very knowledgeable about what he does. He gave us a lot of good advice and we will definitely be calling them again when we need any plumbing services done. We told him about a home we have in CA that needs re-piped and he told us he has family in the same city so when we decide to have the pipes redone there to let him know and he can take care of the job for us and visit with family at the same time. Do yourself a favor and call these guys when you need any kind of plumbing work done, you won't regret it!

Was a winner from start to finish. Called late yesterday afternoon and spoke to receptionist Sandy. She said she would talked to luie and get back to me.  Within 10 minuets she called back gave me the price for the job and set up an appointment for the next day at 2:30PM. About 2Pm  today I got a from luie and he said he was on the way. At 2:30PM he was here,, very polite and professional demeanor, equipment and assistant John. My wife and I explained the problems to him and he immediately went to work.. First working on the clogged toliet, he ran a hand-cranked spindle down the bowl and immediately cleared the obstruction whatever it was. Next, he went outside and with a electrical operated machine with a half moon unclogger on the end he proceeded to run that device throught the drain all the way to the main sewer line that comes from the front of the house. Again, problem fixed. He checked the main drain line which was OK and flowed smoothly. Luie knows his profession, is courteous to his customers and charges a very reasonable price. It seems everyone associated with this company is top notch. An award winner for 2012, 201\3 is a shoe-in for this company.

Luie came out to look at my dead water heater. He got it started again and I had a great hot shower. He did recommend a replacement water heater (which I did expect, knowing the age and maintenance of the one I had), gave me a quote and I agreed quickly. He was back the next day (even early), had the old unit replaced and the new one in a very timely manner. He is a very nice man and his helper (Jonathon, his son) is also very nice. I will definitely use Luie again for all my plumbing needs. I have finally found my forever plumber!

Louie, the plumber, arrived on time.  He listened to the problems we were having with the plumbling in both our bathrooms.  Louie described what he was going to do to remedy the situation and gave me an estimate of the cost.  He also gave me an approximate duration for the repairs needed. Louie immediately got to work and completed all repairs within his stated time.  Louie was professional and friendly; completed the work efficiently; and everything is working beautifully since he did the repairs. 
I will be calling Louie of Extreme Plumbling again whenever I have any plumbing problems.  In fact, I will be calling Louie when I renovate my master bath.

Louie arrived promptly on the date and time of the scheduled appointment.  We discussed the problem I was having and Louie told me what he saw as the probable causes.  He made a couple of recommendations that we could try and the approximate cost of each one.  He explained that exact pricing could not be provided until he determined the exact problem.  We set a date for Louie to return and perform the required work.  He arrived promptly and started to work.  Louie determined that I had two different problems.  1) the drain line to the septic tank was partially blocked.  He cleaned out the line and added a clean out to the line to help facilitate any future work.   2) The float switch on the Sump Pump was not working.  He cleaned the float and that took care of the problem.
I was very pleased with the work performed and the price charged.  Louie and his helper were both very professional in their appearance and very courteous at all times.    I Will not hesitate to call Louie again if/when I have plumbing needs.

Sandy (Luie's wife) is the dispatcher.  It was late notice and Luie had a full day, but Sandy was able to fit me in at the end of the day. Luie came by around 6:45 and he brought his assistant for the week (his son Julian who is about 9 years old).  Both Luie and Julian were such a delight!  We chatted while Luie fixed the drain.  Luie also heard some of our pipes rattling and explained why, but he didn't try to sell me on any other products/services.  The drain is working great now, and so is another drain that was slow and apparently was connected to the shower drain.  
We will definitely call Extreme Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future.  Love a family-owned business!

Louie arrived on time and prepared area to protect my carpet.Emptied and disposed of my old water heater and installed a new Rheem water heater,also found out that I had a cracked water valve and replaced that one as well.Because of his diligence and doing a system check on everything to the water heater he found this problem and prevented a major accident from happening in the future ,being that if this valve broke off could have flooded my entire home.Very thorough ,professional,and a nice guy!

Luie the plumber was referred to us by a family member,he was on site within an hour and evaluated the problem and explained possible problems for the clog.We agreed to have him snake our toilet to determine if it was a simple clog or something more seriousLuie explained all steps and was extremely knowledgeable .He arrived with very little notice and was extremely reasonable . We have asked him to return to do an estimate on adding 1/2 bath to our home.

Luie was referred to me by my brother. We have an old home that was built back in 1965 and we had bad plumbing problems from the pipes, they are over 35 years old. Had a lot of rust and debris inside of the pipes, so we decided to just change out all the copper piping since we are not planning to move,we decided to invest in the plumbing once and for all. My brother had told me about Extreme plumbing and what a good job they had done for him so I called Luie and he came and gave me a free estimate and he also gave me a senior citizens discount because I'm in my 70's and started the next day.He changed out all my copper pipes with new copper and finished the job within 3 days and all that time I was never without water because he would work on a section at a time so I wouldn't have to worry. I was extremely happy with his work and he gave me a 2 year warranty on the parts and the labor.

Great job, Luie has been our plumber for 10 years and he always does a great job.I needed a new water heater and he installed a 40 gal Reheem water heater with all new venting and copper hoses and also disposed of my old one.He also installed a new Delta kitchen valve for me. Luie is always efficient that's why he has been our plumber for so many years. Always happy with his work.

I was referred to" Luie the Plumber" from a good friend of mind and when I called Extreme Plumbing,they were very friendly and Luie was able to come over the same day that I called which was today! Luie was efficient ,friendly and fast.He was very reasonable and also gave me a 90 warranty on his parts & labor for the job he did. The way he was talking to me about other jobs he had done in the past,he seemed to be very through and seem like a person who takes pride in his work.I  will definitely use Extreme Plumbing again!
