Epest

Ordered product in Amazon. Used spray twice as recommended. Not one dead bug. Asked for refund and they refused saying I used the product. Huh?? So...there us no money back guarantee and they do not stand by products. They also lied when I requested refund recording with Amazon it was just me needing technical assistance. The spray does not work. Filed complaint with BBB. They blew me off and do not answer my requests.

I would not have chosen this company but the buyers of my home received a quote and it seemed like a good price so I called and scheduled an appointment. I received an invoice and would ask questions to a email to Teresa and never receive replies. I would call and Melissa seemed to always answer. The day that it was suppose to be scheduled no one showed and I never received a call. So I sent an email to Teresa... So I called and Melissa said the technician called in sick -- a call would have been nice-- then she said that someone name Orlando would try and come out that same day so I offered that if he couldn't that say to call back and schedule for the next day .. of course no call... I had to call the next day and figure out a time .. Melissa said that he may stop by in the afternoon but would call 30 min to one hour prior .. no call and he just showed up.. once he was here.. he took 20 mins. I paid the invoice online and have yet to receive a receipt to provide to my buyers. This company is not organized and def not punctual... I do not recommend. Look for someone with better reviews.

Its a small company. They do a lot of specialty work. They do real estate people. They have done some oddball things. They have good communication, with an great staff.

Termite inspection was done immediately and they contacted seller to pay for treatment. Super easy!!

We've been using E-Pest (formerly Esparza Pest Control) for the last fifteen years.  They've always been, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous.  Great customer service -- they even know me by name! Their technicians stay with them for years and so I never have any doubts about them being in my home.  Highly recommend this local business!

I was in a bind and needed a pest inspection for a home under contract. The home inspector we had already scheduled recommended Epest, and after reviewing Angie's List, I called to schedule. The next day, poof, Orlando arrived. He was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He provided recommendations to avoid future pests. He educated me on the environment. I fully intend to use his services once we move in.

I have used EPest since moving here in 2001.  Previously I used Mr. Esparza's brother in Corpus Christi for over 15 years to do my pest control quarterly service.  I was so happy to find that I could stay with the same family.  Since 2001 EPest has done my quarterly pest control, whole house termite treatment, spot treat for termites and also sprayed yard for fleas many years ago when I had several dogs.  
Orlando Esparza is one of the nicest people I have dealt with since moving to San Antonio, he truly cares about his customers and works with you in any way he can to help rid your property of pests in the most environmentally safe and economical way.  If it had'nt been for the education EPest took the time to give me years ago about termites and what to watch for I would not have caught the small intestation which whould have caused much more damage and been very costly to treat and repair damage.  
I would HIGHLY recommend EPest to anyone in need of pest control services.  From the smallest residential job to the largest most complex pest infestation, I feel Mr. Esparza with EPest can get you taken care of in an efficient, economical and environmentally safe manner.

I was very pleased. I had considered doing whole house treatment, but was assured that the spot treatment would be sufficient, since there was no evidence of active infestation. This saved me several hundred dollars!

Joe talked with me about different pest related situations and explained the best treatment plan for my situation. He made sure I understood the procedure and was very polite and knowledgeable.

Epest has been great to work with. I called, and they were able to schedule a visit soon after. They give a window of one hour that the tech will show up during, and they held to it. The technician was very polite and quickly figured out what needed to be done. They have shown up reliably to take care of the trap without us needing to worry about it or even be home since it's all outside. The fence is always closed when they leave and our attic is quiet. I've got nothing but good things to say about our experience with them.

Orlando did a thorough termite inspection of the house and the yard. He took the time to show me what he found and to explain his findings. He followed up with a written report.

I use them on a 3 month basis. They are very good. They use 100% organic products and there are no pesticides. I am a vegetarian and my husband has a compromised immune system so I don't allow any type of pesticides or products in my home. They are wonderful and I love them. Their service is phenomenal. I got a special deal because I had used them so many times for termite inspections when I was looking for a home. I only stayed with him so he offered me the discount as appreciation. I looked for a home for 2 years and I only used him every time I had a termite inspection done. Their normal rate is still cheap for 100% organic. It doesn't harm us and it kills everything. I have animals and it is non-toxic. They gave me all kinds of brochures on what their products included. They are always early. I will continue to use them.

Mr. Esparza was on time and very thorough. He took his time and explained things to me in helpful detail. The office staff was equally professional and responsive.

.They do a good job the only bad thing is they are not reliable to get here they will tell you they will be here and they don't show up or call. I will probably use them again. They do a good job when I get them out here.

We've been using them for 10 years. They used to be known as Esparza Pest Control. We use them quarterly. They treat the outside and inside of the house.

I called for my routine termite inspection and pointed out the ants on the porch. The technician made a thorough inspection and confirmed I needed to treat for the ants. We made a new appointment and he returned to take care of the ants. he was timely, polite and attentive to my concerns.

They're completely trust worthy, very friendly, and extremely accommodating. One time I had a rat die in my attic and they came at 5pm to clean it up for me because my husband was out of town.
