Good company to hire

Very pleased with level of professionalism and customer service provided by this company, from the initial contact, through the follow up calls to let me know when the technician was on his way, to the actual service call. The technician himself was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would gladly hire this company again.

Many gave us the most exceptional AC unit for our home. He was patient and friendly to help us decide on what we needed. He gave us a discount and make our transaction fast and easy. Installation followed the next day. They are very professional and friendly too. Great customer service!

I am very disappointed. I lost water pressure in my house. Called on a Saturday to schedule future service. They offered Tuesday morning and I agreed. Tuesday at 1200 they called stating. A technician called out sick today, and we cannot make it. I am not upset people call out. But my bet is he called out in the morning. It is unprofessional to call after the appointment time stating someone called out and to reschedule. Honesty a call at 830 would have allowed me to go to work. Instead, I had to take a full day of vacation, and now have to take another to fix the problem. Considering their name is on-time Elmer...ironic. As for their work, no comments as they canceled.

Elmerâ s plumbing is incredible and the staff is phenomenal! Unexpectedly we found out we had to replumb a house that we had just purchased. After meeting with several companies, Jacob came from Elmerâ s and from the beginning to end was fantastic. He was reassuring, knowledgeable and all around amazing to work with. Once the work started, Matt and David did a fantastic job (ask for them for your projects!), always keeping us updated in what was going on and being so efficient with attention to detail. We trusted them completely which was a huge stress relief. When we discovered even more unexpected problems everyone again was so patient and helpful with us. Will came out to assess the second problem and went above and beyond trying to help us figure everything out. I would highly recommend this team, they have a passion for the work they do and it shows! We cannot thank them enough!

The quality of work is high, although a leak in toilets after gasket installs made the carpets wet in the master bedroom and stunk for two days while drying out. While very competent and pretty fast they always showed up for work about 3 pm instead of the 0800-1100 promised wasting a large portion of my day and working through dinner. Great work but seemed a bit over priced and tried to upsell me from the recirculation pumps I wanted added on my existing water heaters to 10K versions. At the end of the day thought, these guys are competent and reliable and will get 'er done correctly.

Fantastic company with Veteran and Active Duty discounts. The techs are very knowledgeable and don't try to upsell. They checked for gas leaks and multiple other issues. Earlier in the year during cooling season they found mold growth in my system which can continue to grow and spread mold spores throughout my home. They recommended a UV light system and I agreed since I know about Induatrial Hygiene and mechanical systems. My system is still mold free.

They were very professional, in and out quickly and gave educated advice on how to address other potential problems.

The technician Victor was very polite and did an awesome job.

No actual work was done, but the gentleman who arrived answered all my questions and concerns as a new homeowner without a service charge. If I ever need a future plumber, I know exactly who to call!
