Elmer's a/c did an outstanding job with the installation of my air conditioning unit. The fact that they were able to perform a same-day installation is impressive and speaks to their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the professional installation and courteous demeanor of the team indicate that they take pride in their work and strive to deliver the highest level of service to their clients. The fact that they offered a good price is also noteworthy, as it suggests that they are competitive in the market while still maintaining high standards of quality. Coming from someone with 40+ years of experience in supervising construction projects, I can truly say Elmer's is exceptional. It's clear that Elmer's a/c is a company that values its customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.

And speak to you in the language you would understand about air conditioning. They are curious kind intelligent people who know what they're talking about they're work to make home feel comfortable .

I hired them for a water main break. They fixed it perfectly fine in roughly 2 hours. However, they were a bit pricey for the work done and they did a poor job of filling the hole back in. In digging the hole they scattered the dirt around a lot and I had to rake it all back up into the hole myself. There were coordination issues with Angi as well that caused a 6 hour delay in emergency service, but those appeared to me to be Angis fault. I would use Elmers again. I would not use Angi again.

My contact with Terminittors/Elmerâ s Home Services was Cynthia. I had a woodpecker hole in my chimney and a squirrel made it bigger and made itâ s way into a wall/attic of the house. Cynthia was professional, proficient in her field and quicky set up an appointment dispacting a crew to set up trap cages and to inspect the attic. The hole was sealed, no more squirrel! I was not satisfied with the position of the wire mesh used because a wasp got in. Cynthia immediately had them return to cover the hole with metal flash. No tiny critters or rain can get in now :) She is one who is determined to do the right thing and have a customer satisfied.! The fee was very reasonal compared to competitors. Thank you Cynthia!! Technician was courteous and professional. Explained all work needed and didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary services.

Just like the radio commercial says, Henry Diaz inspected the whole system, inside and outside units, and showed us what he found. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. The unit is still working perfectly, it was just an old duct connection that was damaged and came loose. He was able to fix the problem, and suggested a future repair, but was not pushy about it. We bought the air conditioning system from Elmer's in 2017 to replace the older system that came with our home, and if we ever need any more service, we'll be calling Elmer's again. I absolutely recommend them.

Mario gave us many options to fit our budget. No pressure! We went with a new and better system. The guys who installed were very courteous and worked continuously to get the job done. We were impressed with their work ethics - Toby. Alex and Christian (I believe were the guys names. ) We highly recommend Elmerà ¢à  à  s to anyone needing AC in south Texas!! Thanks again, Elmer!
