They needed to make a second trip to the plumbing supply shop as they didn't pay attention to the simple request for slow close toilets. If I hadn't checked before they would've need to make a second call to my house

Decided to bite the bullet and replace an aging central ac and furnace. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional employees. I was given several options for replacement units. They got the the whole job done (same day) in about 5 hours, including cleanup. Walked me through all the features of the new system before leaving. I d highly recommend them.

jennifer gave me an appointment on friday night for saturday morning between 9 and 11. was told that they would call ahead of arrival. no one showed so I called them after 11. was told they were busy and would not be able to come to my house until next week. told derek that I had to shut my water off to stop the leak. Got a weak sorry. I wish I would have looked at the yelp reviews because they suck. no show elmer again. do not use this company!

The tech did excellent work and finished in a timely manner. The price was a bit higher than I anticipated. I would still recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

Their were scheduled to come later that afternoon but had an opening earlier and squeezed me in ....The repairman was polite and professional will definitely call Elmer s again.

They had a cancellation and they made my appt early as I requested. They were very respectful and explained all the work that needed to be done.

They came that very day I called and were very good at fixing the leak that I had near my water heater. I will be calling them again when I have other problems.

They charged me 54 just to tell me i need to order the part off amazon then they left smh, i found the part at walmart, they could have handled that and fixed it the same day

Excellent service.

Their customer service department is awesome! They did a good job replacing a fixture in the downstairs bathroom sink, a leak, and all toilets in three bathrooms, which are beautiful. They did come back and adjust one toilet seat, but the lead guy said I was going to buy another one anyway, but I insisted, and he had his guy do it. But the seats are still too small for the wide opening. So we have to spend more money to get seats that fit the toilets they installed, very uncomfortable.

Everything was fine!

They were sensitive to my issues. kept him posted on updates.

Tech came out and was knowledgeable. Very good
