Mr. Eric Benitez the owner of the company was very polite and professional, not like some of the contractors home warranty companies are hiring nowadays. , They must be hiring at the jail. He was able to accommodate us and see us the very same day that we placed a work order for our bedroom ceiling fan. There was something wrong with it. It smelled like it was burning and could potentially cause a fire. He removed it and determined it needed to be replaced. This same day he went out and got a replacement ceiling fan, came back and installed it for us. All of this with a very helpful attitude. He went above and beyond what I had expected that day. He was very polite and did not upsell any "not covered" services. He actually gave us a discount on a part of the service that was not covered. I am a Disabled Army Retiree and appreciate his honesty. He impressed my wife and me very much. I will request his company for now on for my home's electrical needs and repairs. I recommend him to everyone, to include all Military, Veteran and Retiree families.

Eric came out to my place to help check the voltage running from a wall outlet to my new home theatre system after a piece of equipment was registering high voltage. It turns out it's probably a problem with the piece rather than with my outlet and I didn't need an electrician after all. However, Eric was prompt and kind enough to call customer service for me. I would definitely recommend EB Extreme and will use them in any future electrical projects!

Eric and his assistant came over and installed a 68" ceiling fan with the junction box located at 20 feet high. These guys took great care of my house and were professional in every aspect of the job. The total time was 1 hour but that was due to the height of the install. Give EB a call. I'm glad I did.

After learning I could not replace an amber bulb with a clear one, he offered to come with me to buy a new exterior fixture so that I would purchase exactly what I wanted.
