About us
We provide professional cell phone repair services. All our repairs come with a 30 day warranty on the repair conducted provided there is no physical or liquid damage to the phone after the repair. We also offer a FREE diagnostic service to help you determine what repair is necessary. We do not charge you if no repair is conducted. You can either walk-in to our store location or mail your device in. Our repairs are conducted with a 24 hour turn-around time. If we have spare phones, we can offer you a temporary phone to use while yours is getting repaired.

See above. Sending my iPhone to Dr. Phonez was a miserable, apoplectic, wretched, futile, and expensive experience.

"Dear Member, Yes, we admit that when you received your iPhone 4 back from us, the bottom screws that hold the back cover were missing, and that allowed the back cover to come off. We sent you a return label and also sent your phone back to you via 3 Day UPS Air Service (as you requested), and didn't charge you a penny extra. I personally apologized to you over the phone when you called to complain about the repair. We do not prey on elderly or any other customers. I pride on providing our customers the best possible service we can. I admit, we are not perfect, mistakes do happen when repairing electronic devices, but those mistakes are few and far in-between, and we try our best to make the customer happy in the end.
